Fast service

I went to lex Brodie's for my annual safety check this week and I got there 15 minutes early. They seemed busy, but checked me in and took my keys quickly. They said it would be about 45 minutes until it was ready. I waited in their waiting room where there were socially distanced chairs and signs reminding people to keep their masks on. I felt very safe. They have a bathroom to use if you need it while you wait. The room has A/C which is super nice too! After close to 45 minutes, but felt closer to 25 minutes, I got a call and a text from the front desk saying my car was ready! I paid quickly and signed their papers. They had clean and dirty pen cups, which is comforting as well. I went on my way home after that. It was a very seamless and quick process! Thanks lex Brodie's!

One thing that I always do while waiting for my car to be serviced is sit by and watch the operations. Let me tell you they have a lot goin on here and more than enough staff to handle all that come through. Busy area so you know that these guys work hard every day. Don't live in the area but was here visiting a friend so thought I'd stop by and give it a go and I'm glad I did. Did get anyone's name but I sure did thank everyone I came In contact with.

Always consistent and great service by Charlie, Mandy and front office staff. Mechanics do awesome work. I have never been disappointed in the three years that I have been using Lex Brodie. A huge Mahalo for always taking care of me and my truck!

Changing my review to 4 stars because of the level of care they have for their customers. Scott contacted me to make things right. Great customer service has to mean something nowadays where everything is digital and impersonal. Going to give them another try.

Went to Lex Brodie's to get a battery told The manager. Year model of my car for a battery basically he brush me off and told me that I had to get the group number for the battery because there's multiple batteries for that year. Went to firestone right down the road told him the same thing they looked it up on the computer and gave me a battery that was fits my car. Just want to say just because you're busy you will lose customers by brushing them off like you do.

Lex Brodie's is the best Tire Shop that I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. Today I did not have an appointment and our shop is so busy right now I hadn't tried to make an appointment at the same time I had been having to put air into one of my rear tires daily well I had a small job across the street from the Waipahu Branch and stopped by Koa was my rep and he got me fully handled the best part as I was cleaning and packing up my tools I get a call from Koa that my Truck was ready. Talk about Perfect Timing as always AAAAA +++++ Service
