I found Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe one day when I saw my tire pressure light go on and it was a Sunday. I called Costco and they could not help me. I knew that Lex Brodie's specialized in tires and took a chance. Wow there was a Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe. I called and they were so nice and said, sure come over they will take a look. They checked my tire pressure and filled up my tires and told me okay, you're good to go. I asked "how much do I owe you?" No Charge....what????? I was so grateful and knew that when I needed tires this is where I would be coming. My son in law experienced the same thing and we were both so impressed with the service that we were provided. Well, today I purchased my tires and was welcomed with the same excellent hospitality and service. I feel that I got excellent value for my money and left feeling like a valued customer. I love to go to Costco, but when you need tires and excellent service, Lex Brodie's is the obvious choice. Mahalo, Susan

I have used this Lex Brodie's multiple times over ten years and have always received great service, whether tires or engine troubles they have treated me with friendly and efficient service. When they are super busy, they recommend that you drop your car off in the morning. They have always called with an estimate before noon and have completed the work before 4. I have always been very happy with all their work and tires. An honest and professional company that I would recommend to anyone.

First, I apologize for the delay in writing this review. Second, my gosh you guys are AMAZING! I cannot thank you enough for all that you did for me at such short notice, and I mean short notice. I was on vacation driving a rental car and I blew out the tire the night before my flight back home in the middle of the night. The AAA service guy recommended we take the car to the Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe first thing in the morning. When we arrived, we were kindly greeted by Marcelo. The tire was not available for the rental car at his location, so he contacted the Honolulu location in hopes that they could help me get a new tire before my flight departed. I really appreciated that he went out of his way to help my mother and I and He made sure to check all the tires and fill them up with air before racing to the other location. Marcelo advised us to speak with Kevin upon arrival to see what he could do us. We arrived at 10:50 am on a very busy Saturday morning and we needed to return the rental car by noon. He seemed hesitant but once again Lex Brodie's came through for us at a dire time! He rushed my vehicle and replaced the tire in 35min and we made out just on time to the rental office and most importantly we made our flight!!! Kevin and his team saved the day =)!!! Oh and Kevin even gave us an additional discount on the tire too! I wish more people ran their business like you guys. I have used this location multiple times over ten years and have always received efficient and professional care, from tire purchases and care to engine issues. All the employees are friendly and courteous and always make me feel welcome. They are busy, so it's good to call in advance and make an appointment. I have never had to wait a lengthy amount of time, if they are super busy, they have always requested that I drop my car off in the morning and usually call me before noon with an estimate.

Junior helped me select the tires for my truck. He was very patient with me and demonstrated great professionalism throughout the process.

Great service. Very kind and helpful when I was working to get my car registered in Hawaii for the first time and needed the inspection done.
