Services were completed in a timely manner. Pricing of suggested services was expensive. A few areas of suggested improvement: *When I walked up to the counter to check in, two employees were working at the computers. No other customers were present. The man said "Someone will be right with you" and continued typing away. The woman was friendly but kept on typing away. I waited for about 3 minutes. I have a customer service job and tell my employees, "People are first, paperwork is second." It take an employee just a few seconds to stand up and provide a customer with his/her full attention, showing the customers they matter, thereby making a difference in the services provided. The restroom is probably meant for employees, but since customers also use it, the room should be presentable - clean and stocked. Same for the waiting area. Your prices are higher than your competitors, spend the money to show your customers you appreciate their business. It does't have to be an expensive fix, but environment and amenities matter.
