Getting your car serviced is typically an experience that most people dread. Especially when you're a woman. Moving from the mainland, I was leaving my long time trusted mechanic, and I was worried about finding a reliable, trustworthy, professional, clean, and friendly place to bring my car when I got here. Enter Lex Brodie's. They met all of the above and more. The first time I came here was for a service check and since that time, I've been back for an oil change, light replacement, tire rotation, and tire checks. Each time has been pleasant and for the most part lightning fast. I'm also a big fan of their loyalty program, because I can earn Hawaiian Miles on my repairs. The prices have always felt fair and reasonable, and I always appreciate when they apply a coupon discount to my bill. I couldn't recommend this shop more and I am so glad to have found my new go-to place to keep my car in tip-top shape. Let's not forget that this is a local business, and I am a big fan on supporting local!

Fast, efficient, and professional service! Very friendly staff, informative and professional. My car was towed here for flat tire and I needed new ones anyway so I purchased 4 new tires and was greeted with much aloha, informed of the best deals, types of tire options and offered to participate in a Hawaiian Airlines mileage program. I was pleased with the service and excited about their Hawaiian Airlines mileage program! I do need to come back for wheel alignment though and look forward to my next visit.

Got my tire replaced, and it was a breeze! Kevin greeted me immediately at the entrance, which made this first time experience less intimidating. The service took about an hour but there was a clean customer lounge area to chill at. Kevin walked me through the service and made honest recommendations. At the end, when I picked up my car, he made sure I knew where to go to check out, he def made me feel like I was in good hands. Overall, Great service from Kevin!

I wanted to give a quick five star review for the excellent customer service provided by Cooper Masani. My daughter had a blow out for one of her tires, Cooper checked out the tire, the wheel and our service records and took care of everything for my daughter. For that reason, I always take my vehicles to Lex Brodie’s. I know I can always depend on them to keep my family’s vehicles safe.

I have been following which branch Rochelle has moved to each time we need service. At the Pearl Ridge store, we requested oil change and MINOR tune up if necessary, and I signed a bill for about 300 before leaving the car. We walked to Anna Miller's to have our brunch and then returned to Pearl Ridge office only to find that the "harness fell down" according to counter clerk and Freddie. I was aghast because at our age, we tend to be cautious and nervous about the safety of our 2006 Subaru. We were informed that the harness repair will cost an additional 700 dollars. FYI, we are retirees on fixed income, and my husband Paul was severely injured from a claymore mine explosion in Vietnam where he was in Infantry, the only point man and tunnel rat in his platoon. He has had to suffer through 12 surgeries since 1966. He was ready to leave for Oregon right after Kalani High School when the draft notice arrived. He had no choice but to forego his college plans for law school. Rochelle is to be commended for her customer service, and Joey has been our shoulder to cry on since the harness fell!!! Thank you very much, Rochelle and Joey!!!

I took my vehicle to the Queen Street location for my safety check. I was told the safety check would take about 1 1/2 hours. About 30 minutes later my safety check was done. The process from making my appointment over the phone for my safety check to waiting for my safety check to be finished was painless. Thank lex brodies for a smooth process!
