TIRES, BRAKES & AUTO REPAIR

Invoice # 22901 Extremely great customer services from sales to mechanic. I brought the car in for brakes check up, the mechanic was very knowledgeable in explaining to me the wear of brake pads & back disc brakes, needless to say the brakes were all ok for the next 4 to 6 months. The services were just outstanding!

Staff kind and helpful.

We had to wait a little bit longer than I expected to (over 2 hours) and so I was none to pleased. I arrived at 9am and I guess that's a busy time to go. My invoice # was 30638.

Brought my truck in to get the master brake cylinder flushed. I was extremely happy with the service provided! Freddie was very helpful, I appreciated his assistance.

My car started to make a horrible grinding metal noise from the front end. I brought it in assuming that I would be charged for an "inspection"... To my delight I was not charged a single penny for a the inspection, and within 20 minutes my car was waiting for me out front. The employee informed me that I needed a future repair and they had lubed and greased the parts to help with the grinding noise. The staff was honest and very helpful !! Mahalo!

I was there last month to change all four of my tires and to do a safety inspection. They knew it would be a while until it would be finished so they offered me a rent a car, at no extra charge! I just went back in today because one of the tires had recently been punctured due to a road side hazard and there was a warranty covering that tire. Didn't have to pay the full amount for a new tire! Just $13! I will definitely be a returning customer!
