I usually have great service but today I went in at about 10 am for a 10:30 am appt for 2 hrs service for new tires and couldn't find parking. My car wasn't serviced till I checked on status after 12 pm and wasn't done till after 2 pm. For the money I paid and time wasted waiting, I can't give a better rating. Don't know if they were over booked or what but other women were also waiting 2+ hrs.

We have recently scaled back our appointments (before your visit) to better manage the car flow (our oil changes are booked out almost 2 week now - for example). But, even though we scaled the appointments back, we still can have a surge of drop off emergency work (flats, dead batteries and such). On top of that, we are looking for additional quality team members (like most businesses are) so we are normally operating on smaller then ideal team. Then, we (from time to time) have a team member who has a family member test positive for Covid, who then needs to stay home for an extended period until they are clear to return... On top of all of these challenges, we are having the busiest months we have had in our 60+ years... But, we still want to see what happened and how we can prevent a similar experience. Did you call for your appointment? or make it online? Was it a waiting appointment? or a Drop Off? If you received an appointment confirmation email, you send that as well.
