Been going to Lex Brodies for the past 2 years, always great service and friendly workers.

I was impressed with Lex Brodie’s level of service and their prices. Service wise, the team was super responsive and I didn’t get the sense they were trying to push additional products on me. The team completed multiple tasks in a very timely manner. The prices were certainly hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership I usually go to.

Front desk staff were prompt in helping me when I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. The waiting room was clean and nice, but I was a little disappointed that the coffee was cold, but it may have been due to the time of the day - 2:30 PM - when most people may not drink coffee. However, the cold coffee was very good - I think it was Lion's Vanilla Mac roast. My slow leaking flat tire repair was completed in about 2 hours after arrival. I am very happy with the service and the staff. All the work was done professionally and cleanly (I was watching from the visitor area to warm up due to the waiting room being a little bit too cool for me). I have used the services of Lex Brodie's for all my tire needs since the 1970's and have always gone to them when I needed tires. ALWAYS A GREAT JOB AND SERVICE.

Great service said they would be done at noon and they were. I can ask for more.

I’ve been a customer of this Pearlridge Lex Brodie’s for over 20 years. Figure I better drop a review after this long eh? I’ve mostly gotten all tire work and all my safety checks done by them. In fact most brake work too. Most basic kine work, these guys are awesome. Fair prices, honest business, cool workers. OG Pro Tip: if possible, make one appointment online and drop off your car and come back later. I do that all the time, and with Lex Brody texting service, I know when my car is pau and I can go pick em up. Plenty businesses have gone downhill with worker shortages and anykine post-covid, but not these guys. These guys have continued to offer good service at good prices and with good attitude. Lex Brody has always taken care of my family’s cars and they get 5-stars from me all day.
