This is my first time at this location. I made an appointment ahead of time, about a couple of days ago. When I got here, a little more than 2 hours passed my appointment time when I got a text that my car is in the bay. I only requested to check one tire for a leak. Side note: they only have two lifts and two alignment racks, that I could see anyway. not sure if there's more? So I understand the wait time. They sent me a text for a link to my car's report with pictures of all tires. It also let me know what is good, what might need attention soon, and what is urgent and needs to be done now/as soon as possible. 🤳 No one else does that, as far as I know. They kept me updated constantly, in person and by text. Anyway, when they inspected all my tires, they recommended to replace all, and I knew already lol but was just trying to get the quickest temporary fix. So the manager, was trying to price match and find the cheapest (by price but not by quality 👍) set of four tires possible, and he did! so he wrote up the quote and showed it to me. AWESOME. so now it's just waiting time for them to come in. and for now, they fixed the leak....for free 🤩 they seriously put people first. I didn't know I was talking to the manager and working with him directly but he's probably the nicest one there; they're all nice and professional though! While I was waiting for my car to go on the lift, I grabbed food close by and went back in the lounge area. They noticed because they apologized and offered to bring a chair outside so I can eat! like what more do you guys do for others! 😭👍 Also, in the lounge area, they have an Interstate battery with all the different phone charging ports! convenient. You know, prior to reading all the reviews, I felt pretty confident choosing LB but I think they didn't do it enough justice lol. I can't wait to come back and get my car back to 💯 safety.
