So roofing work was being done in my town house complex over a 2 week period.....that said: I discovered a roofing nail in my passenger front tire around lunch time on a Friday. I called them up that same day and said to bring it in. An hour and a half later they called me back and told me it was fixed. The cost was fair and the fact that I was able to drop in to get it fixed was nice. The patch looked strong and I was back up and running. . The next day (Saturday) I discovered another roofing nail in the same tire that got punctured the day before--in a different location. I called them up again, they told me to bring it in and they would fix it. An hour later they called me back to say it was fixed. When I came to pick up my truck they told me no charge. I was very surprised. They basically comped this 2nd repair and I was fully expecting to pay for it. Now it could possibly be that the nail that was discovered did not puncture the tire and they were able to take it out without further damage but regardless they took it out and assured me it was fine. Lex Brodie's could have easily charged me a 2nd time for just diagnosing my tire. They didnt. You hear about car repair places charging an arm and a leg for everything and forcing car owners to pay for repairs that are not needed. Lex Brodie's took it another level. They were fast, did the job and didn't charge me. Every staff member that I spoke to over the phone and that i spoke with on site was cordial and polite. Customer service and honestly goes a long way. I hope they stay in Kaneohe for a long time.
