Aloha Julie,We're sorry for your frustrating experience. The Oahu & Hawaii (Big Island) Lex Brodie's are independent, but we are both dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. We completely understand your fraustration and disappointment. I reviewed with both parties and found that an attempt was made to resolve the concern but do to the lack of a proceedure to address this type of rare circumstance. First, please e-mail the invoice, for the tire you just purchased, to ([email protected]) or fax (808-545-2763) and we'll reimburse you for the new tire. Second, we will also reimburse you for the Full Service Package ($20 per tire) that was purchased form the Oahu LB on 11/27/10 (the package pays for the new tire mounting and balancing and the back up services in the future are included at n/c. Road hazard (on Oahu) is added in at no extra charge. I've talked With Josh (with the Big Island LB) and he'll be happy to sign you up with their Road Hazard based on their Road Hazard policy (road hazard warranty is purchased at a charge of 10% of cost of the new tire, this will equal to or be less the the $20 reimbursed per tire from Oahu LB). Big Island LB will also perform free tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs on tire purchased from LB. We are very sorry for the fraustration this has caused.
