Horrible prices. Shotty customer service & false information is common here. Do not believe there BS about FULL SERVICE when you buy tires from them, they dont do any of it, sure its free, but why even mention it if you dont do it?Prices for tires are not good and they are always out of stock. Also, customer service by the women and men there is shit, you could be standing there for hours and nobody will talk to you, aka smart asses. If you want tires, go ahead and get them here if you CAN find a good price as this was the only tire shop I could find. If you want repair here or even maintenance, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Transmission fluid change = $250? You cant be serious...

One thing I make sure of: We are very attentive at addressing our customer concerns. We absolutely deliver on our back up services that come with our Full Service; We warranty road hazards frequently as well as providing free back up services of tire rotation and balancing, flat repairs and free brake checks. If this was not your experience, please let us know so that we can take care of this concern for you. As far as tires in stock; I'm very sure we have the best inventory for tires on Oahu; we order tires weekly and have large tire storage facilities at our 5 locations where we stock a 45 to 60 day inventory. Of course, there are odd sizes that are commonly special ordered when needed, and sometimes, there can be runs in inventory on certain sizes that are not predictable. Please provide your tire size so that I can look into this for you as well. We also price match when the customer requests (but you lose our Lex Brodie's exclusive 4 year unlimited tire mileage warranty and road hazard warranty when we price match.) We do our best to acknowledged every customer. If we didn't do that for you, I/we sincerely apologize. Did you happen to ask someone for help? If our team ignored you, I want to know! What day and time did you visit us? Do you recall what the team members looked like that you saw? Finally, please let me know your vehicle information so that I can look into the Transmission Flush for you? The quote you mentioned may have included a transmission filter change as well. Good service replacing my tires. However, after assuring me it would inspect the brakes and the spare tire, NOTHING was said to me upon check out and payment. NOTHING noted on my invoice.

Just had my car serviced for 2 rear tires yesterday (10/31/2013) due to a flat. Called for a 225/40/18 which they indicated they had in stock. I show up 30 minutes later and get assisted quickly. The sales person is indicating that he only has Michelin Pilot sport A/S in stock, which of course is the highest priced tire for my car (i used to work sears auto, Michelin's pay a pretty commission). As i looked at his computer monitor, I noticed Falkens, Hercules, Uniroyal, etc. were all in stock. After i pointed this out, then he mentioned "oh, you are right". 0 stars on service as ripping off a first time Lex Brodie's customer is definitely the right way to get things started on the right foot. Service was quick considering the amount of cars there at the time. good stuff. Upon inspection, they did not put away my spare jack and tools, which is whatever. Took me about 1 minute to do so. After going home (and i guess i am the idiot for not checking), both rear rims had noticeable scratches when they mounted the wheel for balancing (center area of wheel had paint freshly falling off), and one area on each wheel was damaged (i am assuming when they dismount the tire, they use that iron bar to press down on). Horrible experience. Giving half a star is generous. Would not recommend, would not return to this location. Unless you have a car you don't care much about the looks and want quick service. Again, be somewhat knowledgeable and call ahead.

From the moment I got there i was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Whitney assisted me with the removal of my flat tire from my car trunk. She did it all as she stated she did not want me to dirty my clothes. She said her close was made to get dirty. She gave me a estimated time to complete the job. She guided me to the lounge - another excellent idea.

I had my front struts replaced and needed to get a wheel alignment. Went to yelp to find a reputable auto service to do the job. Lex Brodie's came up and after reading the reviews, I didn't need to look elsewhere. Made an appointment online for their Kalihi St. location and it was confirmed rather promptly. When I showed up, Jada greeted me and took care of checking me in. She apologized for having to keep answering the phones, but I see that as a good thing. If the phones aren't ringing, that may not be a good sign.In less than an hour, my car was done, and the ride feels great!! I use my car for work and average 17,000 miles a year. I would not even think twice about going anywhere else.Thank you.....VERY MUCH!!!
