Friendly personnel and quality service. I was greeted with a smile and they asked how they could help me. They repaired my flat quickly and saved me the cost of a tire. I was called as soon as the repair was complete and the cost was a fraction of a new tire.

After several courteous email reminders, I took my car in for tire rotation, a free service. From the moment I was received on the day I took my car in for service, I felt welcomed, and important. Maile was friendly, clear in communicating what was going to be done, and provided extraordinary customer service the entire time I was there!

At first, they forgot to call me when they were done so the car ended up being in the shop all weekend because it needed some more work to pass the inspection. Some one stepped up and made sure I received every possible discount for my services. My expectation was to spend $25 for the inspection but ended up spending over $800 on various and necessary items. It was money well spent to keep my family safe in the vehicle. It was money well spent.

Called on a Friday to inquire about run flat tires for my car. Spoke to Jim who was very helpful. He provided me with information/price and availability. Offered to set up appointment and made sure that everything we spoke about was inputted in portfolio so that another sales person could assist if needed. I called to schedule installation for Monday. Upon arrival someone greeted and assisted me. He pulled up my file and information was there. New tires installed in 1 1/2 hours! Great customer service! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
