Tried calling 4 times to get a price quote. 3 times was transferred/put on hold and eventually disconnected. 4th time, I finally got to talk to someone (yay!), and he said to leave my name and number and he would call me back because his computer was rebooting. Guess what, he never called me back. I did have a positive experience with their groupon for a synthetic oil change last year...
