I was at Al's Tinting next door and just though it was convenient to have some tire pressure monitoring sensors installed while I was there. I have worked in automotive for over 10 years and I know and maintain my car. I already had the parts (so I thought), that I needed, you know the sensors. Turns out that the gentlemen that helped me knew his stuff and as soon as I showed him the sensors he noted I also needed some additional items. He quoted me for labor & additional parts. The price was very reasonable. I also let him know one of my tires had a nail in it, so I needed a repair. When it was time to pay, i noticed I was not being charged for the tire repair. I'm an honest person and I believe in Karma, so I let him know about the discrepancy. I was surprised when he told me they checked the tire and there was no nail, because I saw the nail myself when washing the car. He told me it must have been a small one & it must have fell out without making any damage to my tire which had no air leaks. He saved me some $$. Some places are not so honest and could have easily ripped me off. So I must say I am very happy with their services and will be sure to use them for any future repairs that my vehicle may need.

My 60$ oil change and safety check is costing me $400 cuz I need new tires no problem, however the guy ahead of me was offered a blue slip to extend his safety check 30 days, I WAS OFFERED NO SUCH THING!

"Thank You... Very Much!" for sharing your feedback, we truly value it! The Blue Copy, for the safety check that you referred to, does NOT extend a safety check for 30 days. Rather, you have 30 days to resolve/fix the failed items before the safety inspection process and charge starts all over. If your safety check is expired, and you are driving with a Blue Copy (which means there was a failed item for the safety inspection); you can still receive a ticket from the police! Tried calling 4 times to get a price quote. 3 times was transferred/put on hold and eventually disconnected. 4th time, I finally got to talk to someone (yay!), and he said to leave my name and number and he would call me back because his computer was rebooting. Guess what, he never called me back. I did have a positive experience with their groupon for a synthetic oil change last year...

I brought our work truck here the other day to have two tires replaced. Prior to bringing our truck in, I called to see if they had our required tire in stock, and they did; Costco did not have the tires we needed in stock and would have had to special order them. The phone representative at Lex Brodie's said that they were having a special, which offered free tire installation on the condition that you make an appointment. Therefore, I made an appointment for a few days later. Thanks for saving our company $$$

I finally made the time to take my ride into the Queen St. location and got 4 new tires and 4 new shocks last week.My poor old 2006 Rav 4 has taken a beating on the poor road conditions in Honolulu and especially the freeways and I was long long overdue in getting this work down. The ride is nice now and I am a happy camper on the ride to and from work over the busted up H-1 Freeway every day. Just wanted to say, as usual, the LB staff was great! Service Manager Cooper was my man and was very helpful in helping choose my tires and get the best deal. Cooper answered my request to get me the best deals possible and not only got me riding smooth again, he took the sting off the wallet a bit. Not only was he very friendly, he made excellent recommendations. The rest of the LB staff was also nothing short of excellent on the check out.Been a customer of Lex Brodie's for over 15 years due to the emphasis on customer service, i was not let down this time around!Highly recommend.
