The first time I came to this Lex Brodie's, I drove over with my spare and asked to get my flat checked out. Got it checked out, fixed a minor hole, had my spare put away and put my tire back on for me for FREE! Knowing how friendly and quick this was, I decided I'd just bring my car here and become a repeat customer. I had come to this exact Lex Brodie's before about a month and a half prior for a safety check, where the mechanic told me I needed 3 tires replaced. Looked at the tread, and agreed to get them done. Pricey with the tire replacements, but passed my safety check. This most recent visit, on Thursday, July 5, I called in day-of to make an appointment for someone to take a look at my brakes. Knowing they offer free brake checks, and calling the same day, I knew there would be a bit of a wait. But not as long as I waited. Pulled up and was greeted by an older gentleman who has helped me prior; had me park and check in. Checked in with an Asian girl with black/blue hair, and told me that someone will come help me shortly. Before I could mention to her that my brakes started clunking and making noises after getting serviced at this exact Lex Brodie's a month prior, she walked off. Okay, whatever. I sit in the waiting room and wait. And wait. 30 minutes pass, which is my "grace period" - where I don't go back to bother the workers - knowing how busy mechanics can be, especially after holidays. When one of the workers walked into the room letting a customer know their car was ready, I asked him if there was any word about my car. I pointed to my car, parked right in front, and he said he'd come back and check. Never did. Now, I'm a very patient person. I didn't have anything planned the rest of the day, so I wasn't in a rush to get anywhere. However, after waiting a whole 2 hours, I got fed up. Walked up to my car and drove right off their lot. Had a few workers watch me walk to my car, get in, and drive off. I didn't care, I was so annoyed. Got my car serviced and taken care of elsewhere the very next day, was in and out of there in 2.5 hours. Sorry Lex Brodie's, you lost a customer in me.
