I bought four new tires at Lex Brodies a few weeks ago, and the low tire pressure kept coming on. All were at 27 psi. Couldn't see any punctures so filled my tires back up recommended 32 PSI and took my car for them to look at. After waiting three hours, they said tires were down to 22 PSI (five days after putting air in them) but couldn't find anything physically wrong with the tires, but they were putting a new seal on the stems. I drove off and my low pressure light came on, pulled over and I was literally driving on my rims, the rear driver side tire had absolutely zero air in it. I managed to get my car back to Lex Brodie and was told "Oops, looks like we forgot to seal the stems correctly." Kind of a big oops since sending me on my way with a tire that basically had a giant hole in it could have damaged my car or caused me to get into an accident. I suggested that maybe all four tires were defective (even before they forgot to fix the seal correctly, it's not normal for tires to lose 10 psi in a couple of days with no punctures) and should be replaced under warranty, and I was told that they "don't sell defective tires" so they would only replace the one tire that was basically ruined due to their mistake. Two hours later they said they fixed the seals on the other tires again, but for real this time. Can't keep taking time off of work to deal with tire issues that should be fixed the first time.
