Taken my vehicle here several times and they always try to get me to do additional services. They sell substandard products and inspect your car before you bring it in because when they damage your car then tell you what you need to purchase to fix it you'll know that they did it!!! Never giving them my business again.
As the only company recognized by International BBB as the winner for the Excellence in Customer Care, chosen from all companies in North America (We beat out Fortune 500 companies to receive this award!)... we can assure you we do not "damage a customer's car" and "then tell you what you need" based on that. We do not pay our sales team commissions so there is zero incentive for them to sell anything that doesn't have a legitimate reason to recommend. Mistakes can be made, but if that is the case, we have a program where we'll give our customer a gift card, up to the full value, of an item that was recommended when it wasn't needed. Then we learn from that error because we feel the pain as well! If we find someone that purposefully recommends items that are clearly not needed (on purpose), then we would immediately terminate that person. I have been here since 1986 and have never seen this happen. Once again, we do not pay by commission so there is zero reason to sell something not needed. That goes completely again our culture of exceptional customer service. (Only customer we show with first name "Reana" is a customer with a Jaguar with low profile tires that we adjusted 3 for road hazards, tire damaged by pot holes and nails, when the customers tires were not eligible for road hazard coverage, which is an example of us warranty something when there was no warranty! ) We are completely PRO - SERVICE and want nothing more than having happy and content customers.
