This isn't the first time this has happened, I made an appointment for this morning at 8 am. They told me to wait an hour and a half just to get a tire repaired. The guy who checked me looked at me like I was crazy asking to get my tire repaired. Every time I come here I have to wait two hours even with an appointment regardless of what service is getting done. So now I'm waiting for a job that might not even get done. I try so hard to give the receptionist the benefit of the doubt, it's not their fault but with that it feels like no one cares about being on time or quality of work. You guys keep riding on this 2011 BBB award but that was 7 years ago...

Drove over here when I heard my tire losing air from a nail. They fit me in quick, got me a new tire efficiently and not too bad on the wallet either! Pls dude who helped me was very friendly.
