Excellent, friendly service from entire staff. Had a screw stuck in my tire that was unrepairable, but need to replace all 4 tires at 5:30pm just before closing. Completed the service speedily. Also didn’t know about the reward perks that were great to get.

Aloha I had an issue with my tire for me now going into the tire the tire was a runflat tire most people did not want to fix your crew and employees took on the task and had a great resolve to my bed issue

LEX BRODIE‘s service is second to none it has always been this way decades ago when I began taking my high school cars there. My sister and I even knew LEX as he was always personable and accessible to his customers. The service has not changed much, of course it is more expensive and there are some services that LEX used to provide that we’re free that are not now. But one can expect free forever. But once Alexa BRODIE‘s customer, always a LEX BRODIE‘s customer. He would often tell my sister and I did if you win over a customer with free services you will win over a tire buying customer for life. And he was right. I have bought tires, I have taken my car there for servicing, and although service might be a little slower, where can you find a free cup of coffee while you’re waiting in air-conditioned comfort? People of asked me if they could pick me up from LEX BRODIE so I wouldn’t have to wait. What? And go back to work? No thank you. I’ll stay with LEX any day, any time, anywho, anywhere, and again to coin a phrase from a dear, dear man. Thank you very much!
