I set an appointment on Tuesday morning for an appointment on Wednesday. I was allowed to set an appointment at 9:00 am but when I dropped off my car, I was informed that the tires I ordered were not yet delivered to the Kaneohe shop. If the tires were not expected to be at the shop at the time of my appointment, I shouldn't have been allowed to make my appointment before then. I was informed that my car may not be ready until the afternoon. However, I did not receive a call from the shop until 4:25 pm. If customer service is a priority, I should be informed when the tires were expected to be delivered or at least when they were delivered and when I could expect my car to be finished. Just one phone call would have been sufficient for me.
