Don't bother with an appointment! I made an appointment at Noon to drop off during my lunch break for front brake pad replacement. At 5pm I had not heard back that there had even been an initial estimate so I had to call and check on my own. They had not started any work so they would do the work the next day. As of 2pm the following day, I still had not gotten any word on the status of my car so I had to call them again to see if I was going to be without my car for another evening. Finally at 2:45, I received a call that my car was ready. I don't know why they give the option for an appointment if all the walk-ins earlier in the day take precedence and there weren't enough resources to address my needs even when it was identified ahead of time. The quality of the work itself was fine but the lack of communication and overall time to fix a relatively small thing were frustrating.

Spoke to Keiko on the phone to get a tire patched because it had a nail in it. It was 4:30, kinda close to closing time. She said they could do it if I didn't mind waiting. I was out by 6. No leaking tire. Excellent service on such short notice.

From the initial phone call, to check-in , to pickup was excellent. Explanations n updates were communicated on a timely basis. Pickup was 2 hours earlier than promised. My husband’s tires were also addressed with “no problem “ attitude. Recommend highly!
