I had a severe vibration problem soon after replacing 4 engine mounts at another location of yours. Since I could not get this problem resolved at that location, on April 18 I called Jim Baldauf of your Queen Street location and he had me bring my car in the following morning and said he will have the problem rechecked. Upon arrival, Jim informed me that my car may take all day. I expected this, since he accommodated me immediately. Jim was very kind and arranged a rental car for my use. Soon after noon, Jim called to inform me that they need to keep my car overnight since new mounts need to be ordered and installed. He had me keep the rental car overnight and told me to await their call when my car is ready for pick up. Soon after 9:30 a.m. the following morning, I received a call saying my car was finished and ready for pick up. When I picked up my car, Jim had me start my car and I was "STAR STRUCK" there was absolutely no vibration and, presently, my car is running like a "gem". THANKS TO JIM - he exemplifies SUPERB and EXCELLENT customer service and THANKS TO THE MECHANICAL STAFF who are EFFICIENT and EXPEDIENT. Definitely, Lex Brodie's stands behind their work, is an alternative to a dealership, and is the family doctor for your car. Definitely I will take my car back to Lex Brodie's and see JIM BALDAUF.
