It was ok! Don't see the point of making a appointment only to wait two hours to get oil changed!? Waste of time I would suggest jiffy lube unless you have few hours to kill! The crew was awfully friendly and appear to know their stuff! But that two hour wait was horrible especially with an appointment I won't be back!

The staff were friendly and professional. A pleasure to interact with. Very good work at a fair price.

Excellent service from the moment I arrived. Cooper explained my options and I placed an order plus made an appointment for the next morning at 7. Got there at 6:45 and was greeted immediately. Four new tires installed by 8:00. Written up by friendly and efficient salesperson COP (sorry I didn't get her name). Joined the Customer Rewards Program, got Hawaiian Miles. I wish every place in Honolulu had this kind of wonderful service. "Mahalo . . . nui loa!"

Vachelle (sp?) was very helpful and comprehensive on the phone when I called to make my appointment to purchase two new tires. I showed up an hour early for my appointment. Figured I'd wait around in their air-conditioned waiting area and eat my lunch. As it turned out, Barney estimated my service time as "an hour and a half"; yet I was out of there in under an hour (5 minutes earlier than my original scheduled appointment time). I love when service people under-promise and over-deliver! I left with two new tires and saved $200 over the dealer quote. While there at Lex's, it was loud and frantic with 20-30 employees all busy at work. Everyone was friendly, effiencient and competent. I was so impressed with how no one was tripping over anyone else. Customers seemed happy too. What a great team; everything flowed smoothly from initial phone call to arriving on site, to speaking with Barney about my service, to the nice gentleman who brought my car back to me and offered to remove the paper mat (sorry I didn't get his name). If there was a food truck nearby, I would have bought them all lunch! I've had 20+ years of amazing service and Hawaiian miles to boot!

I had a severe vibration problem soon after replacing 4 engine mounts at another location of yours. Since I could not get this problem resolved at that location, on April 18 I called Jim Baldauf of your Queen Street location and he had me bring my car in the following morning and said he will have the problem rechecked. Upon arrival, Jim informed me that my car may take all day. I expected this, since he accommodated me immediately. Jim was very kind and arranged a rental car for my use. Soon after noon, Jim called to inform me that they need to keep my car overnight since new mounts need to be ordered and installed. He had me keep the rental car overnight and told me to await their call when my car is ready for pick up. Soon after 9:30 a.m. the following morning, I received a call saying my car was finished and ready for pick up. When I picked up my car, Jim had me start my car and I was "STAR STRUCK" there was absolutely no vibration and, presently, my car is running like a "gem". THANKS TO JIM - he exemplifies SUPERB and EXCELLENT customer service and THANKS TO THE MECHANICAL STAFF who are EFFICIENT and EXPEDIENT. Definitely, Lex Brodie's stands behind their work, is an alternative to a dealership, and is the family doctor for your car. Definitely I will take my car back to Lex Brodie's and see JIM BALDAUF.
