I had a last minute safety check for my wife's car. Most places that I went to needed an appointment next month. I stopped by Lex Brodies on Queen St and although they were busy, Cooper told me that I could wait and will have my car done within the hour. I was taken cared of in 25 minutes. Excellent customer service, ALL THE TIME!

This is primarily for the Queen Street location, but I also need to talk about Ryan at Kalihi. At 11:30am, after being turned away from Costco, I had tried to go to Kalihi for a tire replacement, but was told that while they did have my tire in stock, they would not have any openings until 1:30pm. Without me asking, he offered to check with the Queen St. shop for any sooner openings and he found one at 12pm and made the appointment for me. I was very impressed by his customer service. He was polite, thorough, and quick without making me feel rushed or unwanted. Regarding Kalihi, I spoke with Kyle and he was able to help me out. He was very honest with me and the team there all provided quick, easy, and excellent service. I was warned that the wait time was longer than usual due to the influx of cars and the add ons of service, so I was very surprised that although my car came in at 12pm, the tire replacement and rotation was done at 12:30pm and I was out of there by 12:35pm. I will be coming back for my repair needs.

This is my first visit to Lex Brodies and I was totally satisfied with their service. There personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. If I had known more of Lex Brodies, I would have gone there to service my car much sooner.

I came in early Saturday morning (7a) for a safety check and tire rotation. V.H. was very friendly, fast and efficient. I left after she checked in my car (I live close by), she than called within the hour mentioning (recommended at least 6 repairs my car needed). Since it's my daughters car, I asked to complete the safety check and tire rotation. I will have my daughter review the recommended repairs and cost. Went in for a ac recharge and leak check. Figure it would take more than a couple of hours but since here wasn't any leak detected it took less than two hours!!!! Thanks for the great custoer service Vashelle and crew!
