Our visit on Feb 12 was very disappointing and not a pleasant experience. My initial appointment was Saturday, Feb 18. Because I felt the my tires are no longer safe fro driving, I reschedule for Feb 12 for my peace of mind. On Feb 12, I was unable to bring the car to Lex so I ask my wife to bring the car for a 9:00 am appointment. Although that was a busy day, our appointment was dealt like an ordinary walk-in. After a couple of hours after the drop off my wife called your front desk and checked the status and learned nothing has been done. Its only then that the staff realized that 2 tires are not available on the store and have to ordered and transported from the Kalihi branch. This wouldn't have been noticed by your staff if she hasn't called. I did not expect this to happen because I specifically verified the availability of the tires when I called the day before, Feb 11 (approx 3 pm) to make the appointment. Furthermore, the clerks she spoke with on the phone and in person weren't very helpful. They kept blaming the computer for not able to attend to the vehicle on time. How I wish Chelsea was there. She is always courteous and a consummate professional when dealing with any customer. I've always been a loyal customer, I'm hoping your front desk people exercise the utmost customer relation when dealing with any customer. Hope this will never happen again.
