Lex Brodies... where do I begin to find enough adjectives to explain how amazing they are. Gerard, a manager, is the most trustworthy, kind, wonderful human being and Lex Brodies is so incredibly lucky to have him. After finding some unexpected issues during routine work, he called me numerous times throughout the day, had a way of explaining complex issues with car repair in an easy to understand way, and patiently answered all of my questions. When I arrived after work to find the car wouldn't be ready that night, he promptly put me in a car to the rental company which they offered to pay for (I decided against it and walked home but very much appreciated the effort!) While I was there he took the time to walk me to my jeep and literally show me what what was wrong down to which bolt needed changing so I understood the work being done and why it wasn't ready yet. Seriously the greatest experience I've had in customer service in so long. Knowing that I can trust a mechanic and the services they are selling me is priceless. It made the large bill much easier to swallow knowing it was supporting such a fantastic company. You have won my business for life. Much mahalo for everything!!!!!!

Courteous service at check in/out, faster than expected overall time to fix flat and rotate tires.

I thought they were timely with their assessment of the issues with my vehicle. The listened to what I wanted them to do and their were no surprise charges on my invoice. I thought they were expensive, but sometime we don't get the opportunity to research and shop around.

Extremely fast service. Went for a safety Check, was in & out. Very personable service.

Very impressed. Was told the wait was gonna be about 2 - 2 1/2 hours cause it was a busy day which was fine with me becuse I went over to pearl ridge to get me lunch but before I could get my food my mother calls me from Lex brodies that she has paid for the tires and that the car was all ready for pick up. Probs was less than an hour. Told the lady working that my mom had a bad experience with Lex brodies before but Mel was really great and my mom enjoyed this time around.
