Aiea, HI ("Pearlridge")
About a week ago I made an appointment for the next day to replace my cabin air filter in my 2009 Volvo S60. The appointment was for 8:00 am, and when I checked in around 7:45 the clerk responded that because of my appointment I would get serviced ahead of the others who were there checking in. The lady said that my car should be ready by 9:30 or so. I proceeded across the street to Anna Millers for breakfast. I returned to Lex Brodies around 8:30 and didn't see my car in the service area. So I waited until 9:30 and looked again, this time I walked around the service area and saw my car sitting outside one of the service stalls. I asked one of the technicians about the car and no one has worked on it yet! Why did this happen? I had an appointment in town later that morning so in disgust left, and no charge. The office said that the gentleman that took my car in that morning is off to Waipahu to pick up tires! Please, follow up on this one. Some serious management problems there!
