I normally am very impressed with Lex Brodies and have been bringing my car here for maintenance for years. My recent visit, though, took 5 hours--for an oil change and an alignment. It should have been about 90 minutes, maybe 2 hours. I understand that there had been an electricity outage, so I understand that they got backed up for awhile. However, I was one of the very first cars in (at 7:45 am), and it seemed like a lot of later cars had theirs back sooner than me, as I waited and waited. Moreover, I didn't get a call or any kind of explanation until I went to the front to ask for an ETA. So I lost valuable work time that day for something that should have been routine and brief, and the response was kind of a shrug--even though the person who helped me WAS apologetic and nice. She DID apply to my bill an online coupon that I otherwise hadn't presented (a YELP one) as a way to thank me for my patience, and I did appreciate that. Overall, I'd like to assume that this was a one-time issue, as I've been very happy with LB for a long time. (I will still return as a loyal customer.)
