We got a quote for tires and made an appointment to have them installed the next week. We went at that time and guess what? No tires and the tires we wanted don't seem to even be available at this time.Don't waste your time....go somewhere else.I appreciate a company that cares what customers think and remedies problems. Lex Brodie's did that.

Aloha, I was just contacted by the store manager (Gerard) who had helped you on the phone with your tire appointment (he shared your conversation you folks had today as well). He explained he had arranged an optional tire size, than is original equipment for your vehicle, but this was not noted in our computer system where the rest of the team would be aware of that application. He was off today thus the resulting disconnect between our crew when you came in for your appointment. We are very, very sorry for this frustration. Gerard stated, that on his call to you today, he offered some special accommodations due to the frustrating visit. We hope you will accept his offer and allow us to serve you. My trustee old 2005 Chrysler, Town & Country, of which I've rarely had problems with other than to routinely change oil, change tires, add water and replace windshield wipers suddenly stopped running a day (8/8/14) before Primary Elections Voting Day (8/9/14) in the middle of Hurricane Iselle. As an elections trouble shooting official I needed to be at the various precincts that I was assigned to between 4 - 5:00am in the morning. It was late Friday afternoon the night before and most rental car services and car repair shops were closed or about to close due to the storm. But my prayers were answered and Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake, and Service Company was open and willing to wait past their closing time for AAA to tow my car in. Fortunately also, Enterprise Rental Service sent a courier to pick me up from Lex Brodie's to get me set up with a compact rental. The rest is history as I was able to complete my elections assignment with peace of mind that my car was being serviced by a competent sales manager who gave me a very reasonable estimation for a fuel pump replacement. However, the mechanic having seen the car to diagnose the problem discovered that I didn't have a fuel pump problem, but a dead alternator along with serious brake wear and tear. The sales manager called me while I was doing my elections day duties and told me the damage. Having a strong understanding of what the dealership would charge, I held my breath while I was given the estimate. To my surprise, with the discounts offered, the price was uncanny and within my budget. I gave the go ahead and within a day, I was able to pick my car up running safe and smooth.

I bought my "99 Rav4" in 2003 and the first thing that went bad was my alternator. Hesitant to go anywhere, I was recommended to go to this LexBrodies. Ferdinand, the first in line, was there to explain the details on what needed to be done since I am one of those who is clueless when it comes to cars. For many of years, I've come to trust Ferdi and the crew with whatever car issues that occurs. I haven't gone anywhere else. It's a comfortable, family oriented, and reliable crew. I still have my car (thanks to them) and anytime I have a problem, the staff there fills me in their tight schedule and gives me constant feedbacks. I love how they make me feel welcomed and at eased. They are an amazing staff that I like to call "unsung heroes". Highly recommended

My car broke down on the North Shore and got towed to Lex Brodies Waipahu. I worked with Jack "the Base" Belford who was unbelievably helpful and fair in helping me get my car back to working order. He even stayed late one night to show me how to fix some things myself. When my battery died in my car the next day (the only reason why I give it 4 stars) Jack personally called Lex Brodies at the Queens location which was nearer to my house to make sure they took care of me. I'm so glad my car got towed to Lex Brodies Waipahu. Thanks Jack for all your help!
