Best customer service I've seen in a long time from any Honolulu business. Simply outstanding!!!

Employees at Lex Brodies are friendly & service is great. They are constantly checking with people that are standing outside the entrance if they need help with servicing their automobiles.

Your service was able to get me in and out in about an hour without muss or fuss. The battery was installed and works well in the car. Good thing I had some warranty left on the battery so that I didn't pay for the whole thing.

Originally scheduled this car for 03/19/16 but was cancelled because the Insurance Card was a temporary one. This cancellation was stupid. If you questioned the validity of the temp card, all you needed to do was call the insurance company. The safety check that was done on 03/26/16 scheduled for 8:00 took 1-hour to do. I don't think you value your customers time.

I go to Lex Brodies because they are a kama'aina company that has proven themselves over the years that they do quality work, are reliable and friendly. I was not disappointed by my last visit there. I was impressed also by the knowledge of my customer service agent and her understanding of getting me the correct tire and best value.

Ive had both my hub barrings for both front tires done with lex brodies. With both services i was promised a life time warranty with this service which is why I got it done. Just a month ago i notice the same noise while driving my car. I called to schedule an appointment and specifically asked the representative in the other line if it was the same problem do I need to pay anything? She replied and said No because it was covered under life time warranty. The day of my appt i recieved a call from one of the mechanics working on my vehicle saying it would be better if i went somewhere because it'll cost me 700 if i went through lex brodies. I replied and said in bit going anywhere because I've fixed both side there and was promised life time warranty! He then replied well i need to check your mileage if your still qualified. I again repeatedly said I will not pay anything neither then any one mention anything about being with in a specific mileage range since my last visit. I then explained if I'm promised life time warranty and you expect my mileage to be at the same numbers since my last visit that's impossible! Don't promise life time warranty to customers if you don't know how to keep that promise regarding customer service!

On Sunday afternoon my tire blew ( new tire) so on Monday I called to replace my tire. Had an appointment for last Wednesday but they did not have my tire. Okay, I can live with that. The gent said he would call when the tire came in and he said it would be there shortly after lunch. I waited until after 1 o'clock but never heard from him so I called the store and was told was tire was there. He should have called me as he said. I finally got out of there about 4PM but only after I went to the desk and reminded them that I had a 10 o'clock appointment that morning and that it was now approaching 3:30.
