For being my first visit doing business with Lex Brodie I was surprised by the attention given right after I parked my car. The service writer that attended to my needs was so pleasant and knowledgeable I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. The estimated time given to me for completing the mounting of (4) new tires was (2) hours. Your work was completed in about 2 1/2 hours which I found very impressive. Keep up the good service and your attention to customer service.

I called @ 5 for a simple quote. I wasn't at all expecting that they would be able to help me. I got a quote and it wasn't much more than Costco's quote, so I entertained the idea of possibly taking my car. She said to come by (I think her name was Veychelle? I have her card somewhere..) and she would show me the differences. When we got there, she said they would be able to do it! Today! Right there, right now! Shoots!!!! She gave me $100 off and I got 4 tires for less than $500, and done in less than 30 minutes! They were so nice! We walked to the park and they called in less than 30 minutes to come back. This was such a shocking experience to me, and I would definitely recommend them. They gave a free oil change or free membership to AAA. AWESOME!

I brought my car in to have the rear tires replaced. Since they are low profile, I was told that the Honolulu location would take care of me. I made an appointment and was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours on the long end. They asked if I needed a ride but told them that I would be waiting in the wait room. 2.5 hours later, I walked up to ask about the progress and was told they were working on it..Another 90 minutes later I asked about the progress and was told that it had been done over an hour ago. They said they called the number - my cell and home phone were listed and despite telling them (and checking in multiple times) they called my home phone! No offense but I don't look forward to sitting in a waiting room for four hours (90 of those minutes were completely unnecessary) and then the genius that chooses to call me, calls my home phone. I'm really disappointed to even be writing this because I have always loved the service that I've received at Lex Brodies. This was a nightmare experience and something should be figured out so that other people don't have to waste their time in a similar situation. The one star is because they put the tires on..but they did not put the air caps on the tires when they were done. I found this out later, and the security tool to unlock the rims were left strewn in the trunk. Thanks for not putting them back where they were found..really put the cherry on my whole experience.

EP (i think its Eric) was great.He helped me with great service and was welcoming (even on a busy monday morning). He also answered all my questions. I will now only come to Lex Brodies and no where else.

I went to Lex Brodie's because I've had excellent service from them before, it's a local chain and offers a variety of tire brands including the Michelin brand which I'm very happy with. The store associate (Christian) was very helpful providing me various tire options for my car as well as all promotions available so I could weigh tire cost and value before making my choice. I made an appointment for the following week and was promptly greeted and service started at the agreed upon time. There was no "hard sell" for brake service or shock replacement and I really appreciate that from your company associates. Upon completion the billing agent (sorry, I don't have her name) was very cordial and helped by making copies of my receipt so I could mail them to the various agencies providing the promotions. I'm very satisfied with my most recent visit to Lex Brodie's. Thank you all.
