Very satisfied with their service. I came in for an oil change and to see if they could figure why my tire was losing air pressure. They found a nail, and patched up my tire at no extra charge. Multi-point inspection was also included at no charge. Very friendly staff, and timely service. I'll definitely return. :-)

I wanted to find a family car doctor after sears ala moana closed. I work at the mall and thought Lex Brodie would be nearby and via its commercial seem to have great customer service. My car battery died and although I have a prorated wrty with sears, I decided to go to lex Brodie for a new battery. service person was not quite friendly at 8am in morning. told me he had to check to see if they had battery for my car, than when told they did, I had to ask how long to install and price of battery. I decide to leave my car and walk back to ala moana. I paid for battery, and although I gave my drivers license, credit card and business card my last name was inputted incorrectly as well as my zip code. I left with no special "thank you" from staff or " have a good day" or sorry you have to walk in the heat to work. they did not even offer to try to install battery quicker for me. I picked up my car on my lunch break and was not even greeted warmly or thanked or told to come back in future. I was also disappointed as my front passenger tire was very low in air and nothing was said or even done about it. they could at least have put air in my tires. Also any recommendation for future services or a new tire would have been appreciated. I may or may not have purchased any other service but they obviously had my car all day if need be. I think my expectations were too high based on their advertising of being friendly and customer oriented. They were neither friendly or seemed customer oriented as nothing extra was said or done. It was just cut and dry, they have the part, I pay the bill and that's the end, they don't want you back.I was not even told what warranty I had with battery. I should have asked but they did not seem too incline to be helpful. It was lucky that I needed the car battery otherwise, I would have gone back in my car and gone somewhere else,I am still going to look for a friendly neighborhood car service for my two cars. a side note, I filled up gas after picking up my car. the staff could have offered to do that,I would have paid, when they called to say bat install was finished. they moved my car so should have notice gas low. I almost did not fill gas because of time restraint in returning to work. The other good reviews are from long time customers but new customers do not seem to have the same service.

Excellent service! They gave me a good and very cheap deal for something would cost more at other places. Plan on bringing my vehicle back for its next service.

I was very fine with the services rendered but extremely unhappy with the lack of professionalism in time of service. I made an appointment for the specific purpose that I expected my vehicle to be cared for in a timely manner. I had a 9am appointment for a safety check and informed my workplace that I would be in at 10 which would allow an extra 30 mins for the typical 30 minute service which I have had done at many other local businesses since first getting a car. Upon registering my car at 8:55 a.m. for the 9 a.m. appt, they asked if I would be waiting for my vehicle which I said yes. They then told me it would take probably an hour or an hour an a half. I asked them why it would take so long since I had an appointment. Why else make one? They told me that even with an appointment I should expect to wait an hour. Interesting since a safety check has always taken 30 mins in the past. They let me know that one of the lifts was down and did not ask me if I would like to reschedule to better fit my work schedule since they then knew I had to be at work at a certain time. That was a missed opportunity for service recovery. I asked if me getting the car at 10 was unrealistic and they said no, it should be done by 10 and I could get to work on time. Anyway, at 10:18, (over an hour and 15 mins later) I was called that my car was ready. No apologies were given for the slow service nor for not meeting their own stated promise of being done in an hour. I will not return here as I feel that my appointment time was nothing but a formality. Ticket #13267

I had an oil change done. Usually, the technicians are very good about keeping the car clean. This visit, the interior kick panel and carpets were soiled.

Have been going to Lex Brodie's for tire and alignment work for over 40 years and they have been outstanding. Sure, I've experienced a few "quirks" with them, but that also happens with any other best other shops taking care of them in good order.

Wonderful, quick service. My low tire pressure light came on while driving to work downtown. I was able to make an appointment to drop off my car at lunch and picked it up after work. No charge for checking my tires and the employees were extremely friendly and efficient even though they were busy.
