1st time, never again. Their phone never gets answered, I tried numerous times throughout two days. I had to go in person. For one tire I was told the only one available was over $300. So, since it was urgent, I dropped the tire off early in the morning, and never recieved a call or anything notifying me it was ready. After about a day and a half I went in myself to check, and it was sitting there, ready. I had a "nice" valve stem cap on it, and really not surprisingly it was gone and replaced with the typical stock ones, which isn't a huge issue obviously but to just throw away mine is pretty rude. I worked at Discount Tire and I would always bare minimum give them back to the customer if they were obviously 'custom' like mine.

I waited two and a half hours to get a tire patched only to find out that the phone number I gave them was never called and my car was ready an hour prior. 36.00 to patch a tire was kind of steep.

Good service overall. The first time I called, the manager didn’t realize that the Subaru BRZ is rear-wheel drive and initially insisted that I needed to replace all four tires because “Subarus are AWD.” After I called back a second time and asked him to check, he searched and realized that the BRZ is an exception and is RWD. Purchasing just the tire was simple and fast. One thing to keep in mind: if you’re only purchasing a single tire without having it mounted onto a rim, they only accept cash for this niche circumstance. The tire itself cost me about $330, which felt a little overpriced. However, they were the only shop out of 18 that I called that actually had my tire size in stock. Every other shop would have had to order it from the mainland, so the convenience and immediate availability made the higher price a little more understandable. Overall, the purchasing process was quick and straightforward.

Awesome customer experience Had a screw in my tire late in the day Saturday so my option were limited wa able to go in on Sunday more and get my tire fixed within 45 mins

I was quoted $1400 for rear rotary and brake pad changes at another shop and luckily remembered I had gone to Lex Brodie’s three years ago. After talking to Jordan and looking into the past services we did, I saved $1000! Stoked! Mahalo Jordan!

My husband had a disappointing experience today and felt that the lack of customer service and overall treatment may have been partly due to the military-affiliated clothing he was wearing. This is unfortunate and frustrating, as many of our military neighbors frequently recommend this location. We had a 10 a.m. appointment scheduled, yet our vehicle was not addressed until my husband brought it to someone's attention nearly four hours later. While the inspection was eventually completed, no further work was performed. Our initial experience with a safety check at this facility was quite different, and this recent visit makes us question whether we will return.

Very easy online scheduling. Work was completed in a very timely manner as well. I appreciate the transparency with cost as well. No hidden surprises or fees. Many thanks for the help replacing a good portion of my suspension.

Living near by is convenience but great work and great services is what keeps us coming back to this location. We used to live in town and went to the Queen St location for years and dreaded that we needed to go this Aiea location because we were not familiar and wasn't sure if we would get the same service. Well your employee Jazmin reassured us with her friendly local style and continues to give us great customer service.
