1. Tried to schedule on-line. After no reply for a couple days, I scheduled by phone. 2. Service was done in less than an hour. Yay! 3. Had requested oil and filter change as part of 25K mile maintenance. Salesperson said it should not be done because car has less than 36,000 miles and the oil change could void the warranty. I explained that our extended warranty stipulated that we perform all maintenance recommended by manufacturer. I showed her Toyota's list which included oil and filter at 25,000. She still resisted. She checked with manager and then said "We don't have time to do oil change today." 4. Mechanic didn't reset "maintenance required" warning on dash.
