I’ve been going to Lex Brodie’s in Kaneohe for about four years now, and they’ve consistently been my go-to for oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and now tires. I’ve always had a great experience, but one person in particular deserves a special shoutout: MAILE OTIS at the front desk. I’ve worked with Maile almost every time I’ve visited, and she is truly one of the reasons we continue to come back. She is professional, incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming every single time — even when the shop is extremely busy. She always makes you feel like your business is appreciated, and that kind of customer service really stands out. Most recently, I needed new tires, and I couldn’t find my tire size in stock anywhere else on the island. Lex Brodie’s had them available and they were actually cheaper per tire than the other stores, which would have required me to wait for them to be ordered. Talk about a win-win! I highly recommend Lex Brodie’s Kaneohe for both their service and their customer care. And if you’re lucky enough to work with Maile Oits, you’ll understand exactly why I keep coming back. She’s awesome and a huge asset to the team!

This was my second time bringing a truck in for service. The first visit was for a simple oil change, while this time the truck was experiencing AC issues. I usually take my personal vehicle to Servco, but since this was a company vehicle, I was directed to bring it here instead. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The online check-in was easy, the on-site check-in process was seamless (and even the wait time wasn't too bad), and picking up the vehicle after the service was completed was just as straightforward. It was clear that everyone understood their responsibilities and carried them out thoroughly and professionally. While the staff may not have been the friendliest I've encountered, they were courteous, respectful, and professional, which is what matters most. I would not hesitate to return for future service. I'm giving them 5 stars because the entire team earned it. A special thank you to Paka, who was exceptionally patient and helpful over the phone while assisting me with the AC issues. She took the time to explain the findings and provide a clear understanding of the repair costs. Although I did not interact directly with the service technician, the inspection report was detailed and thorough enough that my supervisor was able to review it and understand the recommendations with confidence. I also appreciate the gentleman who checked me in, the lady who processed my payment, and the staff member who escorted me back to my truck. Everyone played a part in making the experience a positive one. Overall, it was another great service experience, and I would gladly return for future maintenance.

Terrible service, recently. Brought the car in by appt at 9:30am. Throughout the day nobody calls us to update on our car. Called at 1pm not finished.When we called again to find out the status we were told it would be finished before 6pm closing. That was around 4:30pm. It was 45 minutes until closing and still no call. So we decided to go there personally. They said it would be finished only needed an alignment. Didn't get to the car until 5:50pm...stayed there until 6:30pm...no call, no so sorry, no talking to us when we came in FINALLY and ready to pay. Acted like it was their inconvenience for them having to work on our car!!! So disheartening because we have been long time customers and before was very good service... don't know what happened...NOT anymore!! They just lost 5 customers who brought their cars there. So sad. They forgot who was the customer and that they are supposed service the customer not themselves.
