MAHALO to Charlemaine Blue for your exceptional service on Tuesday, October 14. She even remembered me from a previous visit. Aside from her prompt and friendly greeting, she established a world's record for speedy service. I came about 40 minutes before my scheduled time for a safety check and took a short walk to McDonald's. Upon return, the safety check was already completed BEFORE my 8 a.m. appointment time. I always receive excellent service for my 2012 Hot Lava Scion at the Pearlridge location, but this time topped them all!

Customer service: There are 2 women who work at the desk. The older one is exceptional and has great customer service skills. The younger one still has some learning to do but she's getting there. Oil change: Don't recommend going here. An oil change anywhere else typically takes 15-30 minutes to perform. I scheduled an appointment for 9am and they said it could take up to 4 hours. That's a really long time but I was ok with it. They did not call me until 5:43pm to tell me my car was ready. They close at 6pm. Not sure why it would take 8+ hours to do a simple oil change. Price is also double what you will pay elsewhere. Auto issues: Recommend going here. They will get your car fixed and do a good job of letting you know exactly whats wrong with it for a fair price.

There’s nothing quite like the stress of an unexpected car problem, and unfortunately I’ve had my fair share of nails lodged in my tires over the years. Every time, Lex Brodie’s has been there with fast, friendly, and reliable service. I’m always grateful for how quickly they’re able to help get me back on the road so I can get on with my busy day. Absolutely excellent experience. I got a nail in my tire and booked an appointment that morning. The gentleman at the check in desk was prompt and efficient. The mechanic was phenomenal, grabbed my tire from the back of my vehicle, checked it right there with me and assured me he could fix it. A couple hours later when it was finished the same gentleman helped me check out and went above and beyond - pulling my vehicle into the shop out of the rain so I could load up my three small children. I will absolutely go to the Kaneohe location again if I ever have any car problems. 1000 percent excellent service!

Today I had a tire blow out on the freeway. Lex Brody was the only place on the island that had my size tires. They took my car in without an appointment and changed all four tires in an hour and a half. When they were done, they texted me. Quality of their work was great. They neatly packed my spare and tools back where they belong. Entire process was very efficient and satisfying.
