Great, convenient location close to my working place. Service was quick and staff was very attentive to all of their customers as we were waiting in line. I would highly recommend!

I was worried I wouldn't be able to get an appointment for safety check soon, since it was the end of the month. However, I called on Friday and they had an appointment for Monday morning. I was greeted fairly quickly upon entering, and they took my keys and paperwork in no time. I waited in their customer lounge, which a lady came in twice while I was there to check on that there were coffee, cups, etc. I was in and out of Lex Brodie's in less than 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient!!!

Wanted to get my tires rotated and one plugged. Was quoted $40, so yeah I was okay with it. Was called back a few hours later and was informed to rotate the tires was going to cost $130. So of course I said no ask the reason why and they said I have out of stock tread. So when I picked up my truck for the the plug service they tried to bill me $34, so I questioned why $34 dollars. When I first came in, I was quoted $40 for plugs and tire rotation. Thanks to Jim he just charged me $21 regular plug price. I feel like they tried to rip me off and price gouge me. I always trusted Lex Brodies but not no more. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I was in the Waipahu area for an unrelated auto care issue when the technician told me that I needed new tires. When I looked at the tires on my truck, I realized that I didn't just need tires, I needed tires NOW! I drove straight to Lex Brodie's! The salesman (who's name I failed to get) was helpful and friendly! He told me that if I wanted to wait, it would be about an hour and 45 minutes. HE LIED! It only took about an hour. Having an air-conditioned customer lounge, with free Wi-Fi and coffee, made it feel like a 15 minute wait! With all the "rail construction" on Farrington Highway, I know people are avoiding the area. But if you need tires, Lex Brodie's is still the place to go!
