Brook was great; very knowledgeable and helpful, went beyond to provide excellent service. She caught an error in tire size, corrected, provided options, recommendations and brought in correct size. awesome service!

Recently I took my Acura RDX in to get both front tires changed. Although there was some mix-up that resulted in me needing to leave my car overnight, my customer service agent Charlie took excecllent care of me. She ensured I got a top of the line rental car from Enterprise car rentals (no money out of pocket) and made sure my tires were changed out the next day as promised. Outstanding customer service Charlie! You are one of the many reasons I continue coming to Lex Brodies!

Scheduled a Safety Check and had a courtesy tire fill-up by Paul, who went above and beyond just filling the tires. Paul used his proprietary tools to also check my TPS sensors and the condition of my tires; plus, cleared the dash warning sign - all with a smile and professional courtesy! Give this man his free pizza! I'm a two decade return customer because of people like Paul. Thank you very much.

Went in for alignment since I had been having vibrations for awhile and customer service rep Jada told me needed to replace front tires also. Saw her searching online at Costco and other places and asked her if she was looking for sales and she said yes since they do price matching! Oh wow what great service! She was very professional, fast, friendly and knowledgeable!!!

So for more than 10 years Lex Brodie was my to go place for all my automotive needs. Unfortunately the past 5 years things have started to go downhill and my last visit may be the icing on the cake. My vehicle started having some acceleration problems briefly from a stop but fine once moving. It’s to my belief maybe a tune up is in order, as my check engine light isn’t on, and engine itself is showing no obvious issues. I booked an appointment and feared to death this will carryover to the next day. The salesperson who took care of me, without anybody looking at anything is recommending I get a $170 engine diagnostic. I can understand if they briefly got someone to look at the vehicle or if the check engine light was on, yeah sure. But that wasn’t the case and didn’t seem necessary at all. Not to mention, as indications on their board shows, more than likely a diagnostic and repair will almost certainly carryover to the next day. But seemed like the salesperson wanted to ensure a sale and even made claim if I talked to one of their mechanics they would say the same thing. Well as a result I told them just go ahead with the tune up as no matter what I’m almost certain it would be recommended anyway along with anything else. They did contact me while working on the vehicle, recommending valve cover. Result after my vehicle was done, there was no other comments but my vehicle still had the same issue when I left. This is a problem they for sure would notice just driving the car to the garage, but not one comment was made. In the past this would not have happened. The salesperson with knowledge or head mechanic would come take a quick look at the vehicle, test drive if necessary and make recommendations from there. Might I also add prices and wait times for mechanical services have increased dramatically. A standard tune up costed over 1.5k and I don’t own a electrical or hybrid. I only agreed cause I was in a desperate situation and felt committed since I made an appointment and was there. It is still lingering on me though if I got charged appropriately as I feel it’s not possible a tune up on my car could cost that much unless it’s from the dealership. Other simple services I got in the past few years carried over to the next day. I’ve always trusted and recommended this company for automotive needs. Well that now looks like it’s coming to an end. Maybe I will continue to recommend tires here which is why I gave one extra star but that’s about it. This by far the worst experience I’ve had with an auto shop. Of course I haven’t had many because I been able to trust lex brodie for years and years. Unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.
