Great, quick service on a routine safety inspection. One thing - when I went to pick up the car and pay with my credit card, the associate asked me for my ID when she looked at my credit card. I thought that was a little strange on a $20.90 charge. The car is registered under my name, the credit card is under my name, and I've been a customer for many years and visited this location many, many times - first time I've been asked for an ID.

A few days ago I would have rated my experence with a ( - ) negative results and rant & rave about it in here. BUT I feel the Company and Business should not deserve these kinds of reviews with out the chance to rectifiy the problems. How are they going to address the issues or make sure the problem dosen't happen to others if your just bad rapping. (Let me tell you. I did bad rapp the incident to a friend & family it's normal to be pissed/frustrated.) I had issues, complaints of one of there Locations. I chosed to email scottwilliams@lexbrodies… and he got back to me Very Fast. I met up with Scott Williams and Keith Kobayashi (VP Mechanical Services). They address the issues I had. They are Very Friendy and Knowledgeable. In fact I think I took up too much of their times. I'm a Motor Mouth (Potogee). My mind runs fast & I want to blast out all the information in there at once. They were really Patient with me. Keith hoisted up my Vehicle and explained/showed me things after we came back from riding around for awhile so he could listen and feel how my vehicle was running. Scott offered a proposal that I was Very Satisified with. I felt like I was dealing with friends. Their Payment is Customer Satisfaction. It was even stated on the invoice. That's all they want. So... Please if you have issues with any of their stores. You will feel better if you contact Scott.... MAHALO PLENTY GUYS......

Consistent excellent service with fair prices

It took 3 hours to do a safety check I had an appointment for, and they said that I needed 1 new tire, alignment, and by mack lightcovers replaced. What shop just sells ONE TIRE AT A TIME? Red flag, red flag. They tried to sell me real hard and I almost did it because I was IN THEIR WAITING ROOM with my 6 month old for 3 hours.... luckily I had also booked a safety at Sears auto for later that day in case I missed the one at Lex Brodies. Took the car to Sears, walked around the mall, they called in 20 min saying the car passed and I could drive away. I really REALLY think they look for problems that are not there at this Lex Brodies when they do safety checks. Do yourself a favor and go else ware. Plenty of honest shops on the island. Don't waste time at this one.

Excellent service and an awesome price.

The employees are so on it! I stood across the street for a half hour & watched how customers are approached & greeted immediately! The workers are orchestrated, where one left off , another stepped right in to keep the show rolling. Absolutely no mind games. I paid exactly what was quoted & no pushy sales tactics! The only downside was the loooong wait. Was quoted 1.5 hours but took over 2.5 hours for an oil change. Still, I'm impressed & will tell all my friends to check you out!
