every employee I came into contact with was courteous and helpful; from the lady who took my appoinment, the lady who checked me in, the tire salesman Richard (such a gentleman), and the lady who rang up the invoice.

They helped me out soooo much! They gave me the best price on tires and changing out the tpms sensors on my car. They answered all my questions. I even went to them to get my safety done. Each time I was there, they treated me like family and offered fast, quality service. And, while I was waiting, my 6-month old needed a diaper change and the receptionist/clerk was nice enough to clean the bathroom again just so my daughter would have somewhere comfortable to change. I will never go anywhere else for the services they offer!

i was helped all the way thru by chris. he gave thorough details regarding what was wrong and what would need to be repaired. he also pointed out several hidden issues i had going on. which was fixable within 1-2days. i was given a loaner through. my initail service was replacing all 4 tires. which i was immediately given an appointment. compared to sears and costco. which estimated repair date 7-10 days later. im so glad i had called around

Went in for a safety check. Next thing I know the tires are off the car and they want me to spend $2000 on a car that runs great and is perfectly safe. I've done dozens of safety checks and nobody ever had to remove my tires before.

As someone said earlier, go here for tires but somewhere else for repairs if you are able to do so. Costco has better deals on tires also by the way. The customer service, the location and facilities were fine. My problem lies with the most important aspect of an automotive repair shop..The repair. Long story short they said the problem with my car required a replacement part. Which i did agree too however after the "repair", my vehicle still had the original problem, with no explanation or refund in sight. Im taking my car to another shop just to see if any "work" was done or parts replaced at all on my car. So...as i said in the begining..oil change and tires fine. Any other extensive automotive needs, take my advice and find another place to go.

Great service great people oil change synthetic oil $59 done in an hour walk over to Starbucks have a cuppa coffee ready to go also cheapest gas station this side of Costco fast friendly professional. they could put a coffee shop on rooftop though that might be cool.
