My appointment was at 4pm and service personnel took my car right away. They also provided me with an estimated time for completion which I really appreciated.

Vachelle was super friendly and informative. Everyone was really helpful and made sure I was taken care of. They made my bad day better by being so attentive. They couldn't help the wait time because it was busy, but they found potential problems for me to avoid in the future and said they will email me about a part I needed before my next tire rotation appointment.

My car battery was only 2 years old. But since I only do short distance driving, the battery didn't last. Barney was the Lex Brodie's sales agent who assisted me. He said that since I bought the battery from Sears, I should take it back to get some credit for it. But since the Ala Moana Sears automotive closed, I would have to go to Aiea. In reading the Yelp reviews, it didn't look good. Most ratings were only 1 or 2 stars. Yikes! I rather patronize an establishment who works hard and who treats their customers right. Barney was very professional and personable. I can tell he really cares about his customers and not just making a buck.

My car was serviced for a tire rotation and wheel alignment under warranty. I also had a safety check done. I called ahead for an appointment. Upon arrival at the station, I waited only a couple of minutes for a service rep to have my car processed. My car was serviced in about 2.5 hours, just a slightly longer wait than the 2 hour estimate. Great customer lounge-comfortable, a/c, free coffee and water, tv. They even let me borrow a pen (so I could work while I waited)! Service Reps were polite, efficient and professional. I would definitely choose Lex Brodie's again.

I didn't have an appointment and Lex Brodie's took care of me. What amazing service and an amazing staff! This was my first visit to Lex Brodie's and now I am their customer for life!!!
