i am so glad a friend told me about this place. I had previously only known they had cheap gas. I made an appointment which is great as it saves some time. They are busy but jam to get it done. Everything was done well and I enjoyed chilling out. Although if you don't want to wait, leave you car there and do something else in the hood. I neglected to check the specials on the website - so that's my big tip to save a few bucks too! I'll be back. Mahalo LB Team.

Was scheduled for an 8:00 am visit to get two Michelin tires, wheel alignment, and a safety check. My car was not seen until 9:00am. At 10:00 they were still balancing my tires. Finally at 10:00am they moved my car to begin the wheel alignment. They will probably finish my car by 11:00am but it should have only taken 2 hours instead of 3 hours to install two tires, get them aligned, and get a safety check. It seems like your boys worked more diligently when I was here eight months ago. I guess time will tell when you get rid of your gas station and concentrate more on car service.

went in for an oil leak, specifically told them that's what I needed, they charged me 125 to degrease and over 400 dollars for valve cover gaskets. After taking it back twice for the same problem (one time they told me a gasket was defective and 'replaced it' free of charge, car was still leaking. Finally convinced them to actually check for the leak and they informed me it was a rear main seal, work they don't do., also front cam seals that involve replacing the timing belt and water pump. The first thing I told them originally was I want to know where it's leaking from, then determine if its worth putting in whatever it would cost. Well they made sure they took me for 600 dollars before finally telling me where the leak was, and they couldn't even fix it (involves pulling the transmission). Don't know if they are dishonest or just incompetent, they could have found where the leak was after doing the degrease, not after taking my money. I always had good luck in Kalihi, very dissatisfied with the Queen St location. Maybe since Mr Brodie passed, the remaining people don't care? I will be posting with yelp and contacting the BBB as well. From a former customer PS not worth one star, wouldn't let me give zero stars

There were times where communication lacked. Had a call that my car was ready for pick up. Dropped rental back to Enterprise, returned to LB only to be sent back to rent another car after just returning it. Recently had an oil leak problem which I paid $$$ only to have the same problem reoccur couple months after. Now I have to pay $$ again for something I expected to be taken care of the 1st time. Customer service is great for the most part.

I had an appointment at 11 for a safety check but they didnt even look at my car till 12. And No one checked in on me to let me know whats going on. While waiting for my them to finish my safety check, I noticed that the person doing it kept stopping to walk around, talk to people & wipe down other cars. He wasn't focused on finishing my safety check. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. Very poor customer service.

Both the initial salesman Kekoa, who gave me the info I needed in a smart and professional manner, and Cooper who helped me when I arrived for my appointment, were both very nice, helpful, courteous, and professional. As a woman, I felt like I was given the info in a way I could understand, and it gave me the confidence that I was making the right decision. I have used LB in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you guys !

I am very impressed with the Queen Street Lex Brodies. Customer service on a Saturday was swift, and they fixed both screws that were in my tire in about an hour's time (without a previous appointment). Thank you very much guys! Sincerely, Taylor Wagen Jr

Recently moved to Kaneohe, where it seems there are a number of tire shops. Lex Brodies is closest to me. Had a pesky slow air leak in my tire, so I called on a Saturday morning to see how busy Lex Brodies was. No line yet. Arrived ten minutes later, and there was a 30-45 minute wait, nothing you can do about that. Friendly staff, and since I was in the system from an earlier tire purchase, the tire patching was free! I will definitely come back :)

When I arrived (and once I got out of the car), I was greeted promptly by one of the workers who couldn't help me but directed me to where I needed to go. I arrived early by chance and even though I was apologetically told that I wouldn't be able to come in any sooner, I was still allowed to drop off the car, clarify what I wanted done, and leave my car in the queue. I was given a 2-3 hour quote and was called right around the 2 hour mark and was left a message that the car was ready. When I arrived the car was ready to go! I also love that Lex Brodies will call and remind me to rotate my tires and that you sent me a follow-up email! Great service!
