I took my car to Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe to have a nail in my right-rear tire repaired. I arrived at 7:30 a.m., and the counter person checked me in, advising me that the service could take the entire day and that they close at 6:00 p.m. Since I couldn't safely drive around with a nail in my tire, I accepted the wait and returned home, expecting a call when my car was ready. At around 4:00 p.m., I called to check on the status of my car but reached an automated phone system. I left a message and was promised a callback. By 5:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I decided to walk down there myself to find out what was happening. My car was finally being serviced around 5:45 p.m. The technician found a nail embedded in the rear right tire. While my car was on the lift with the rear tire removed, the technician working on it left to help another technician with a different vehicle. I'm not sure why the work on my car wasn't completed first or why no one kept me informed about the delay. After waiting nearly the entire day, I was finally told that the tire was unserviceable and needed to be replaced. When I asked about the new tire cost, the counter person informed me that they didn't have a replacement tire in stock and would need to get one from another branch, meaning I would have to wait until the following day. At that point, I decided not to spend another day dealing with the situation. I had wasted an entire day and still had no tire repair or replacement. The following day, I took my car to Costco, where they replaced the tire and gave me a substantial discount under their road hazard coverage. I believe in supporting local businesses, but customers also deserve efficient service, timely communication, and consideration for their time. Spending nearly an entire day waiting, receiving no callback, and ultimately leaving without a repaired or replaced tire was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, my overall experience with Lex Brodie's Kaneohe was very disappointing, and I cannot say I'm happy with the service I received.

Super awesome customer service! They were to get my car repaired quickly. Turned out to be a bad tire and they were straight forward and got the job done - same day appointment. I'll be a returning customer!
