Pearlridge Location: Customer Service - Greatness across the board, this should be where all companies should have their employees trained. From check in, to the waiting of my vehicle to be finished servicing, and certainly when completed, the two customer agents were welcoming, friendly, kind, and always smiling. Even the technicians in passing would say hello or smile, amazing. I was checked in by a gentlemen, at 8:00 a.m., I’ve been helped by him before, amazing service and such friendliness again, which I knew he would be. He also remembered me too, which is unheard of these days. He made the recommendations to change my tires last visit, good thing, as my vehicle would had suffered a blow out not to long after. Then when my truck was finished, I was helped by a girl, I’ve seen her and been helped by her before, once again she was amazing to even wish me a belated happy birthday. She was smiling the whole time, kind, and just such a great person to be around. Especially in these trying times, it felt as if it was one of my normal visits every six months. One comment of displeasure for upper management: While I was waiting, I counted over ten signs posted requiring us to wear masks, over ten. We are not in fourth grade here, we know what to do and will follow the guidelines. Also, a sign that tells us to wash our hands, really? Again, we are not five years old, this was the only negative, I felt as if I was in fourth grade at a day in elementary school. Get over it and clean the area up on this please, it was quite ridiculous, thank you.
