Hi Guys, I just felt compelled to write a little something about my experience today at Lex Brodie's. I have a tour company and needed to check one of my tires with a slow leak. I pulled into LB figuring this is gonna cost me, a lot. But Mike, who helped me, said, "Let's just check the tire for a leak and if we can fix it, great." I expected to receive a call saying that they were unable to fix the tire and that it would cost me $500 for tires. Well, guess what! Mandy called me from their office saying that the work was finished and I could come in and get my vehicle. I asked what was wrong and she said, "You were screwed" -- meaning that a screw had punctured but didn't severely damage my tire and they were able to patch it. I thanked her for the laugh, went down to LB and told them how great it was working with them. That's all it took for me to now become a lifelong customer of Lex Brodie's, the one on Queen Street, with big thanks to Mike and Mandy for taking good care of me.

!!!WOW!!! Mr. Scott Williams has responded to my post and is making arrangements to reimburse me for the tire I had to replace! My faith in Lex Brodie's has been restored! Mahalo Nui Loa!!!

Lex Brodie exemplifies the reason to support small local businesses! In spite of very low milage, I discovered that age can ruin your tires! A co-worker pointed out that all four of my tires were completly and dangerously cracked. I called Lex Brodie the following morning, a Saturday, and asked for an appointment. Suprisingly, the phone was answered on the first ring and I was given an appointment that very morning! In spite of the shop being very busy, my wait was not long at all. I was very lucky that my unusual size tire was in stock as well. Yeah, Lex Brodie! The comfortable lounge, free coffee, drink and snack machines and a big screen TV helped pass the time. Wish I had known there was free WIFI available - I would have brought my laptop! (That should be advertised more.) Everyone was friendly but Salesman Jim was my guy and he was very helpful and attentive. I left assured that I was safe on the road and the cost was within my budget. I was offered a great discount on the tires as well as a discount for the alignment that I needed. They even had wipers in stock for my car. I didn't know the discounts were available and that was a nice suprise. Overall, it was a good experience and I highly recommend Lex Brodie for your car care. They are more than a tire shop and the employees really do the place proud.

I love this place I'm just going to list all of the good and bad things about this place. Good 1. Friendly service. In fact everyone there is friendly. 2. Fast service. Every time I took my car down there it was done less than a day. 3. Reasonable prices. I think their rates are very fair. If you go to a dealer and their book says that it takes 2 hours to fix something and it takes them 1 hour to do it, you get charged for 2 hours. Here they don't rip you off like that. 4. They don't make up extra BS and fix things. 5. They call you for a with a price before they begin work. 6. If they find a problem to be something loose they'll just tighten it up for free and not BS you. 7. All around awesome. Bad 1. Nothing. Obviously I love this place and I'll keep going back until my car just dies. Even when I get a new car I'm coming back here.

When I lived in Portland, Les Schwab was the best place for tire service. Since I've moved around, I haven't found a tire retailer even close to the experience I had @ LS. Until I had a blown out tire & my AAA tow truck driver recommended Lex Brodie. The manager took great care of me, providing the quote and a discount b/c I was a AAA member. All you hafta do is flash your credentials & you're golden. They rows of chairs in front of huge TV in the waiting room and within an hour, I was driving away very satisfied with the service. !!!!!DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Came in without an appointment to get tires to pass a safety inspection. Eddie took care of me with everything straightforward. Even gave me a free alignment job without a coupon that was a recent online promotion. No surprises on the total bill and they finished 30min ahead of Eddie's promise. $20/tire for the installation and lifetime rotation/balance was more than I'm used to, but welcome to Hawaii I guess. I've found my comfort blanket for tires.

Came in with no appointment and was quickly taken care of. Straight forward and they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Two tires, alignment and an hour half, not much more I can say but: Good job!

Since I had some bad experiences with Sears Auto Shop, I decided to try out Lex to fix a slow leak in one of my rear tires. The price was very reasonable and the service was timely. Even though the person told me that it would take a while, but it was not bad at all. I just waited in the nearby Fresh Cafe. I definitely will go back for other services. They also have auto body details service. I may just try that one day.

Great service, great products, great learning experience! Staff unreal...don't try to rip you off, instead they offered many ways to help save $. Four new Michelin tires and front brake job later, a happy driver indeed! Did I mention the great service? They even got me a rental whle my car was being done, but got it done the same day. Such professional, caring people...you can't go wrong! Unlike their commercial where the woman says "they treat you like family"...I would go so far as to say, they treat you like family that they CARE about. (If they treated me like my family does...no way would I go there!)
