I was disappointment that even with an appointment for a safety check I still had to wait over an hour. I thought if you made an appointment you didn't have to wait that long. If i knew I had to wait over an hour for a safety check, I would have gone somewhere else. However; the staff was nice and friendly.

The folks at Lex Brodie are always great. They get me in and finish very quickly. The quality is also great. My tires look good and the ride is amazing.

I know that I can always count on timely service with a smile and for a fair price. I brought my car in to address an issue with my Tire Pressure Sensor (TPS). It would not go away after I filled my tires to the correct pressure. I was sure that I would have to replace the sensors in at least one of the tires (they were eight years old). I asked to be called with an estimate to replace all the sensors. When I got the call about an hour later, I was told that I could come and pick up the car. The TPS only had to be reset. I walked out paying less than $40 for something I was sure I would have needed to spend at least $200 on!

Pro; It appears the staff tried to apply multiple discounts. Con; Took a lot longer than I thought and the cost of a visit is rising.

Four new tires and wheel alignment with a great guarantee plus the followup tire rotation and alignment check for a very reasonable price made Brodie's the best choice. The service desk personnel are friendly and efficient and the service techs are professional. I've been a customer for years and have always been treated with courtesy and always felt appreciated as a customer.

Very good customer service! was a slow day on that sunday,rainy, but got watch some football on the flatscreen. The girls Lei, and Mandy were really helpful. would buy tires from you guys again.
