Great customer service, both on the phone and in person! They gave me an accurate quote for my new tires and safety inspection over the phone so that there were no surprises when it came time to pay. Cheaper than the other places and much more patient and kind. I will return!

Came to buy a tire as Servco Lexus said I needed new rear tires or they would not pass my car for a safety check. Manager Jim inspected all tires, which I previously bought from Lex Broadie. Said all tires good. Surprised, I asked if Jim would pass me on a safety check and he said yes, and Jim did inspection and gave me new safety sticker and papers. Jim called some employees to show them the adequate condition of my tires, explaining Lexus wanted to sell me new rear tires. Jim then took pictures with his iPad. Lex Broadie can be trusted.

Excellent service from this LexBrodie's location! My BMW 550i got flat beded in because I managed to pop not one, but two tires on the highway. I was in a hurry and was running late. The service writer was understanding and nice and said they could get it done in about 30 minutes. The shop was jam packed that morning. Sure enough, I get a call about 30 minutes later saying my car was ready. They even took $50 off my invoice total. I really appreciate their efforts and customer service.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you. One note to the person that drove the car to the parking space before pickup - you moved the seat up so close to the steering wheel that I couldn't get in to the car to start the engine. If you must move it up -please move it back to the original position when you are done.

Invoice #1089819 -- Great service. I called at about 8:00 a.m. to see if my car could be serviced for a flat tire and oil change that same day. The representative said to come on down. I brought my car in and later, before the end of that day, I received a call that service on my car was done. A nail caused the flat tire. Everything went so smoothly and fairly quickly - I was in and out! All the Lex Brodie employees were wonderful and attentive to my needs. Thanks so much.

For being my first visit doing business with Lex Brodie I was surprised by the attention given right after I parked my car. The service writer that attended to my needs was so pleasant and knowledgeable I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. The estimated time given to me for completing the mounting of (4) new tires was (2) hours. Your work was completed in about 2 1/2 hours which I found very impressive. Keep up the good service and your attention to customer service.
