Simple: HAWAII State safety inspection. Easy to make an appointment. No fussing with overbooked appointments, so when I got there they were ready to do it. Realistic time for completion, actually got done about 15 min early. Day before reminder, and completion text messages. Everybody was courteous and friendly. And every message ended with TY_VM, I could hear Lex saying it. 👍😁😇

Excellent service, even though my tire was losing pressure and the punctures were too close to be patched they still offered to replace it with a spare in the meantime since I had to take it to another place for a new tire.

Staff are friendly, waiting area is great for those who need a “desk” and WiFi to work while waiting. Like being able to earn Hawaiian miles.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They even advised us of other tire options that were a little cheaper than what we wanted. Basically letting us know that our type of car and usage will be fine with the cheaper tires. Mahalo to these gentlemen that made our visit easier and less stressful! Malo Malo Malo!

Arrived late but staff just checked me in. Work done in reasonable time. However, I do have a question. As I drive about 4,000 miles/year I wonder how often I should do an oil change if synthetic oil is used. I asked around the time it was due but not even close to mileage, someone had Lex Brodie's told me to go by mileage and not to worry. When I asked yesterday as it has been over a year since the oil change was done, one of the workers suggested to use time as the rule of thumb. So my question is, which is it and why? If it is time, can it be longer than six months?
