I was so disappointed and angered by the service at the Aiea location today. Even with an appointment we made days in advance for 8am, it took them two and a half hours to complete our safety check when they quoted an hour and a half which already seemed long. They had mistaken us for a walk in, which apparently means they won’t do anything for an hour and a half. After an hour and a half we went back to check in and they hadn’t done anything with our car and told us to have a seat in the waiting room so they could talk to us. They never got us from the waiting room so we went back up to the counter and they said they’d NOW have someone go figure it out. We went outside to take a work call and saw the car being serviced and finished. We went back in and now even though the car was finished they told us to have a seat in the waiting room (the ol’ have a seat and we’ll come get you truck). After watching the counter people resume reading their books or whatever non-work idle activity they were doing, we approached the counter yet again where a male employee now told us with a smirk and attitude that he didn’t come to us because one of us was on the phone. Keep in mind we were in the waiting room and I was not on a phone. I’m never going back. We could go back because there’s more work to be done but we’d rather start all over and pay more anywhere else. To be fair, there was one associate at the front counter who seemed genuinely apologetic but none of this was her responsibility.
