My first experience with DKL, was fantastic. She was able to have my safety check completed very quickly ( As a walk in customer ). She is friendly and helped me log into your Wi-Fi because I entered the wrong password. P.S. You should make it clear that the 1 is actually a l on the sign in the waiting room. She deserves that free lunch by Lex Brodie. She’s the one with tattoos on both arms. My second visit on the same day was for my other vehicle was also for a safety check. Unfortunately, this visit was way too long (2.5 hours) and I paid for a safety check only to find out that they didn’t do my safety check due to moisture in my headlights ( salesperson - JDA - Invoice # 4270213 - 11/21/2024 This guy even called my cell phone, even when I told them I would be waiting in the waiting room. First he wanted my email address than my credit card to pay for my safety check that they didn’t accomplish. After looking at that work invoice, he should have known that my safety check was not completed due to moisture in my headlights.

+I went to Kaneohe store requesting an oil change, the very nice attendant said it was not needed , so the did a thorough check up and topped off what was necessary and sent ne on my way with a future appointment, All this at no charge

The person that assisted me was JR. He was professional and courteous. The time get my car back was quick and i am totally satisfied with everything. Thank you again JR. and Lex Brodies.
