Made an appt. a month ago for oil change, tire rotation, safety check and got two confirmations about our appt. When hubby went in today for 9 am appt., no record of our appt. but after checking our past servicing, they logged him in. After two hours I get a text saying the vehicle has been checked in so I expected it to be done in 30-45 minutes. I replied back that hubby was there waiting and to text me when the job was done so I could call him. No word @ 1:30 pm so I call & the car still wasn't done although it was promised at 1:00 pm. When hubby checked with the mechanic, he said the cashier told him it was a drop off. At 3:15 pm I get both a call & text that it's ready when he's sitting right there in the lounge. I told the gal he's been waiting there since 9 am. This is ridiculous! The whole day was wasted waiting around. We will definitely NOT be coming back and taking our business somewhere with better customer service .

Even with the scheduled 1pm pick up time (that was set when the appointment was made, is longer then most customers wanna wait). Our goal is ASAP, but we ask customers to plan for possible the “work case scenario” completion time I found/ see the appointment was made 12/22/2022 at 10:18 pm for the 9am arrival “waiting” and the “1 pm” pick up time. ( I found by logging into the appointment tools actual webpage). That appointment tool transfers the appointments to our POS system appointment log (which failed to happen for your visit, which is why our team didn’t see it. We will be educating them on how I was able to find the appointment.) We are looking into why that happened! Please accept our sincerest our policies! We would also like to refund you for the $116.89 you folks paid for the service today. Please email me at [email protected] and confirm the best mailing address and whose name I should make the check to. Thank you very much again for your feedback and amazing patience with todays visit. If you are on tight schedule this place is not right for you.workers take their times but cannot help they get pay base hourly. Waited almost 4 hrs for my appointment for oil change and car still hasn’t work on it yet. I have to ask for my car back then they tell me to wait another 30 minutes so they will get my car done. So it mean they can do it in 30 minutes but they don’t want to. They are busy with the big $$$ job. Hard to find good businesses in the island. This place only good if you have all day of waiting.

Please email your invoice number to [email protected] Did you call for your appointment? Or did you use our online appointment tool to set? On our online appointment tool we highlight our “Core Services” (tires, tire emergencies, batteries, safety checks, suspension, alignments, brakes)… Then we share / show our “Add On” services (oil changes, AC, engine dio, ext) that our customers asked us to add… so we did! (And we are happy to do so!) Since we pretty much always have full racks (as we spread out appointments and work in drop off and walk in services) we have a “Next Rack Up” appointment process. Typically, when customers show up, for their oil change appointments our racks are full. Thus, we set the Next Rack Up for “Waiting”Appointment process /goal. But, there can be issues and delays that can arise (such as wipers needed, frozen drain plugs, time consuming light bulbs to replace, ect.) thus we ask our customers to schedule up to 2 1/2 hours to complete thier oil change, but our goal is ASAP!!! When that time is missed, our team member should have kept you informed and provided a minimum $20 discount from our Completion Time Promise (if we missed a waiting appointment completion time by 2 1/2 hours, it should have been $40). If your appointment was a “Drop off” appointment, we ask our customers to plan for up to 4 hours to complete (with the goal ASAp!!) Please share your invoice number, name the appointment was under, if you had a waiting appointment and we’ll look into ASAP!! (If you had a waiting appointment, please also share your mailing address for the Completion Time Promise). Please accept our apologies for this frustratingly long visit. Finding a reliable place to get your car serviced can be challenging. I’m so glad my friend told me about Lex Brodie’s. They are great. Very professional, reasonable prices, and they are excellent at communicating exactly how long and how much everything will be.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but my recent visit left me disappointed. I've been with Lex Brodie for a long time, usually trusting my car tires care and recently, car maintenance to you guys. I figured adding auto repair so Lex Brodie will be my one shop stop. I had a car starter problem, bought the car in the same day and left overnight which I appreciate. The next day I received a call saying my starter was fine and there is no issue. I specially asked to check again because I had to whack the starter to start my car before coming in the shop. The technician said it all working good and I can take the car home. When we got the car home, we tried starting the car and it won't turn on. So I took the car to another mechanic and they said it was the starter after all. They changed it and the car started without issue. I'll continue using Lex Brodie for my tires care and car maintenance but I'll probably go somewhere else for auto repair.

Srlerbi e went well but I noticed Grundy handprints above 3 out of 4 wheel wells. I can only assumed it occurred during my tire pressure check or rotation. Wish they had cleaned it off after they finished. Disappointed.

Have been going to Lex Brodie's for tire and alignment work for over 40 years and they have been outstanding. Sure, I've experienced a few "quirks" with them, but that also happens with any other best other shops taking care of them in good order.

Wonderful, quick service. My low tire pressure light came on while driving to work downtown. I was able to make an appointment to drop off my car at lunch and picked it up after work. No charge for checking my tires and the employees were extremely friendly and efficient even though they were busy.
