I stopped by unscheuled and was able to have my tires replace.. Very happy with the service.

Over the years we have taken our cars to Lex Brodie's for tire replacement and alignment. Most recently, Lex Brodie's Kakaako replaced 4 new tires and performed a 4-wheel alignment on our current car. Lilo, our service advisor, was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He recommended a set of Bridgestone run-flat tires and provided/explained an itemized quotation for the tires/installation, alignment and included several substantial discounts. He also explained the work related to the replacement of the 4 valve stems. The work was expertly and efficiently done and was completed in about two and a half hours, which was substantially shorter than the estimated time. If your car needs new tires don't hesitate to contact Lilo at Lex Brodie's in Kakaako for the work!

Brook and the staff go out of their way to assist and take care of their customers is beyond approach.

RAM was my service provider. He was able to facilitate my van getting a safety inspection. I did not have an appointment, but he informed me that if I could drop off my vehicle when they opened, they might be able to get the inspection done that day. As I live close by the Kaneohe shop location, I readily agreed to the drop off time. The work was done and they called me by about 2 PM, even though RAM told me it could be as late as 6 PM for the completion . The van had all the paperwork in place and was placarded to indicate all the systems they had inspected and tested. It was more than I expected and very much appreciated. Thank you Lex Brodie.

Slow leak in stem. Hard to find but they got it.

I was serviced at the Aiea location of Lex Brodie and the person who administrated my repair was Freddy. Freddy identified the problem with the car after hearing my description of the car behavior. He was professional and honest and patient with my questions. Overall it was a good experience.
