Our on line appointment tool and the in store posters share a waiting appointment for tires only of a completion time of 1 1/2 hours. 2 1/2 hours for tires and wheel alignment. We do have our “Next Rack Up” policy since our racks are always full. And delays can occur on previous appointments. Thus our goal is to get appointments up on the next open rack. Sometimes that may take some time, but our goal is to get it done before the 1 1/2 hours. And if we miss that completion time we have a Completion Time Promise that kicks in. When we review your visit, we’ll see if We missed the 1 1/2 hours. If we did we’ll look to see if we provide the Completion Time added discount.
