It’s often hard to believe what a difference a day makes. I have been coming to Queen st for as long as I can remember. I learned very early in age that Lex Brodie’s was second to no one. And in the no less than 35 years that I’ve used a service weather it tires , brakes , gas , even a headlight. This was the first time I left unhappy. And I was very unhappy. So much , that I made my first ever complaint of any sort. And I made it known on the review page and Facebook. And it didn’t make me feel any better. I honestly felt cheap. It wasn’t but a few hours passing when the last thing I expected happened. Someone actually cared. And it was more than that. It was the most sincere, proactive, efficient, and most importantly successful responses to a customer problem I ever encountered. And I been a server in the restaurant industry for almost 30 years now. And when I found out that it was vice President Scott Williams personally responding to my grievance. I really felt as if my concern was taken seriously. Scott Williams is a huge asset to this company and it was very clear why they are the five star company they are. They exceeded my expectations by a mile . The entire staff, (and thats always ) is friendly and willing to make sure you don’t leave till your completely satisfied. Thank you Lex Brodie’s staff.
