Great service came good timing Sunday at noon Got 4 tires , alignment waited little over an hour , although quoted 2-3hours. Only thing no one was able to do safety check . But I'm a satisfied customer thanks Maile and her co workers .

Very reliable service

Overall great customer service. Brooke answered phone very politely and courteously each time I called. My only complaint is that I had to call to check on status hours after and when I was told the cost to fix, they didn't have time to complete work on that day. Left car overnight hoping to bet it done by the estimated time of noon and again called an hour after that to be told it is next in line. I was under the impression that by leaving car overnight, would of been done by at least the noon estimate. Was later told closer to closing. Would of just appreciated a call regarding status.

Not gonna lie, two years ago my review rating might have been in the negative when i took off of work and showed up for "the only appointment" they could give me for a safety check. After waiting, one hour later and no one came to get me, I went out to check to see if they might be finished and perhaps forgot to tell me? The response I got was less than satisfactory with, "not even close...we haven't even started your safety check!". I was like whaaa, it's been ONE HOUR?! Trying to get the work done, I flashed them my biggest Southern smile and said, if you can do it now and finish it in 15 minutes that would be great! Their response, "we don't even know WHEN we can get to your safety check!" BUZZZ wrong answer. I thanked them and asked them to get my car and keys because i couldn't wait and had to get to my next appointment. Why were they so surprised?! Fast forward to today when I had to break my promise to myself and never come here again. But I was desperate for a safety check (this again? Hahah) as i had forgot and it was now expired. I called all over...no availability until I called good ole LB. You can take me this afternoon? That's great! You can take me now with no wait? Even better! You want to give me whaaa, a 10pct discount for YELP checking in? Wow. I was in and out of there in half a venti ice tea later! And everyone at Queen St LB was so very nice today. Thanks LB guys n galz!!

Haven't been here in forever but the service was outstanding!! Got checked in by Maile...wow! She was so quick and efficient. Such a great experience. Then I thought I'd have to uber it back to work but the lady driving the van took me and picked me up. She was super nice too!! Such an awesome experience. No, thank YOU very much!

Returned to Lex Brodie's after 10 years to buy new tires. Bought my Michelins there and it lasted that long. When I dropped off my car, I was greeted by Vachelle. Service was top notch and my car service (new tires, alignment and oil change) was done in less than two hours. I usually get dealer service but it is always super expensive and takes half a day or more. Will most likely return here again.
