Is this how you treat everyone's cars? You just don't even touch the mess of adhesive from the previous balancing weights? The first employee I asked about it told me "it'll come off on it's own" (.....ok Magic Man, I want some of what you're smoking) and the second one told me "it's hard to get the adhesive off. Those aren't the stock wheels right?". No shit, how am I supposed to do it? What does them being aftermarket wheels have to do with the mess you left? I don't have a lift at home. You think it's fair to expect me to jack one corner up at a time and remove each wheel individually to clean it myself? I just paid you guys almost $300 to put tires on my car. And if I don't want my wheels to look 100% worse than before right after you guys worked on it, I have to clean this myself? Such a half-ass job. How much more of my money did you want just to finish what you started? I thoroughly regret bringing my car to you guys and will share my experience with everyone that I can. No one who remotely cares about the way their car looks should bring it to Lex Brodie's for service. Almost forgot to mention, my tires were inflated to the wrong pressure - says right on the inside of driver door that fronts are 39psi and rears are 36psi. But Lex Brodie's told me they inflated all four tires to 35psi. Nice. I checked the tire pressure when I got home - they inflated my fronts to 32psi and my rears to 30psi...
