Made an appointment online for the following day to purchase and mount 4 tires a little more than an hour before they closed. Got a confirmation call from Lilo about 30 minutes later stating they didn't have all 4 of the tires I got a quote for at his location and since I wanted the 8am appointment the next day he wouldn't be able to get it in from another shop by then, but said he would be able to do a little better "grade" of tires in a different brand for the same price, I was totally ok with that since I was returning a lease and the current tires were low and didn't want to pay the dealership markup for convenience. Got there a bit before 8am, immediately greeted by 2 associates going to "prep" cars before I was even 5 ft from my car! Waited to be checked in, one of the associates, Kevin P. who greeted me asked if I was checked yet and proceeded to do so when I told him I was not. He informed me Lilo was my salesperson and that either of them could assist if I had any questions. Advised that the waiting area was either the air con room or right outside of it. Both areas were set up with socially distanced chairs and signs thanking people for wearing their masks. The air con waiting area was clean with magazines and a TV to watch. And of course, sanitizer! And in no time, Kevin came in and said my car was done, 45 minutes for all 4 tires! I've been coming the Lex Brodie for years, they've always been fairly efficient but love the fast work today without skimping on customer service! Check out went smooth, Lilo even remembered our phone conversation from the previous day as he asked what I was getting next since I was turning in this lease. Can another star be added??
