Good job greet customers service

The staff were very pleasant and thorough. They took me quickly. I was expecting to wait longer in a best case scenario but was pleasantly surprised when they said my car was done. They even were able to do my alignment.

With a reservation, oil change takes 4 hours. Why bother making a reservation? Then they tell me I need a new battery. Ate you kidding, spend another 4 hours waiting to change a battery?

The customer service is phenomenal. All personnel are friendly and helpful. Quick turn around. The front desk is very polite and very professional. Especially the lady that help me her name is Ariel. Great customer service and great smile. I recommend Lex Brodie’s in Waipahu for great service and very reasonable price.

Back again to let you know that Lex Brodies Waipahu is giving us the best trustworthy service for our car. Papa had a stroke so we need reliable, honest auto help! We first came to Lex because our old autocare place jacked us for hundreds over something our car did not need. This time that old place sold us a battery that swelled up on one side but I could not subject myself to take it back to where they actually owed us another battery because they were bound to 'discover' another expensive charge. We have complete confidence in our Lex Brodies Waipahu and it's a great feeling!

Great service, prompt, and cheerful service advisor.

Watch out when you make an appointment. I was told to come in at 12 for a tire rotation, when I arrived , they had no record of my appointment and said it would take 3-1/2 to 4 hours. They confuse appointments with walk in times. There was another customer after me and seemed like she was going through the same thing! If not for this, I would probably rate them 4 to 5 stars.

Great and convenient service

First time customer foe Lex Brodies. You know what, I had such great service! The asst manager Kyle Arakaki was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and not pushy! Hard to find great customer service like that these days. They were practically on point on time frame estimating time service being done. They also called me to let me know services that are needed, even had pdfs of area where there is leakages, ect. Services wrre all broken down to show cost. I have never trusted car repair shops because I have been ripped off before. I believe price repair can be a bit high, but it's quality work with guarantees. I like that they are not pushy and use scare tactics to make you fix everything right then and there. With all the Covid situation, money has been a bit tight. Lex Brodie makes it affordable!
